What is the active ingredient in this spray?

This ingredient list is straight from the Sinuforce box: Physiological saline solution (purified water, sodium chloride (NaCl), disodium hydrogen phosphate-12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate-2H2O); sorbitol; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus); peppermint oil (Mentha piperita); chamomile oil (Chamomilla recutita). I hope that helps.

I have very blocked sinuses and have tried numerous nasal sprays. My doctor prescribed me Flixonase & this has not helped! How different is this ?

That one can be used by pregnant woman and can be used for long period coz is not causing addiction. I bought it coz have an addiction for more than 15 years to another nasal sprays. I use Vogel bioforce every morning and step by step is getting better.

From what age can this be used?

On the Vogel website it says children 2-12 can use 1 spray per nostril 1-2 times per day, for a period not exceeding 30 days.

This product certainly works for me but I am concerned about using it beyond the recommended 30 days. Does anyone use it long-term? Any problems? Thnx

Unlike conventional nose sprays this doesn't harm the nasal passages as much. Long term I would suggest no more than once a day
