I was Skeptical but…Not anymore
I’ll be honest I was skeptical about the product. My child has ASD. I look for alternative ways to help her without pharmaceuticals. She has been throwing fits unable to regulate. She was suspended from school due to behavioral issues. I seen this product and read the reviews and I thought why not give it a try. The first day she took this I seen slight improvement we are now a week into her taking daily in the morning. I am happy to report we see a good improvement and the school has said she had one of her best weeks. We have decided to keep her on it. She loves the taste which she usually say its nasty. Trust me give this product a try it won’t disappoint!

Game Changer
We have been using this product for 18 months now and it works wonders for my (almost) 6yr old son who has anxiety (separation anxiety and with changes or new things) and probably ADHD. When he is taking these there are far less outbursts, he can reason and focus, and even cope better with things that he has anxiety about. He surprised us with how well he transitioned to kindergarten as we were prepped for meltdowns, but never had them! My pediatrician checked the ingredients and not only approved, but was very impressed with the combination used. It was seriously a game changer. My only complaint is the reliability from creek side. They go out of stock and can take a while to come back so always have an unopened bottle on hand. We have had two instances where we have had to wait a few weeks for them to restock and it was miserable, but proof of how well these work and how much my son needs them. We recently tried another brand of calming vitamin while we were waiting for a restock and it did not work like this one does. I would recommend this to anyone who has a child with constant outbursts that are more than normal and any type of consistent anxiety.

Beware of Xylitol
I like this company and I think this product works. However, it has xylitol in it which my son is sensitive to. He was having anxiety at the start of the school year, and these did seem to help. However, within the same day of taking it, he started complaining that it felt like he had glass in his stomach--that's how sharp the pains were. I know anxiety can be accompanied by stomach pains, so I assumed that's what it was and continued the pills. The stomach pains continued and he missed school. Finally it dawned on me and we stopped the pills...and no more "glass in his belly" pains. Xylitol is known to cause stomach pains in people (and is HIGHLY toxic to dogs) so I'm not sure why, when anxiety can also cause pains, a different sweetener isn't used. Honestly, I would prefer sugar over the xylitol. If there is ever an update to the formula WITHOUT xylitol, I'll purchase again. Until then...these went in the trash.

We can tell a difference
My elementary age children show symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression, especially in the 2020/2021 realities. I gave the supplement approach a try, and combined Creekside with vit D, iron, and fish oil gummy supplements. First item of note - Creekside made my kids really sleepy! So, I moved it to before bed. Once we figured that out, my kids self-reported, and I noticed, and general chill-ness and flexibility we didn't have before. Better listening, better reasoning, less stubborn antagonism against authority. It's no miracle drug, but absolutely a supportive tool in our arsenal to help get us through a stressful part of childhood. I recommend our regimen, including Creekside, to friends experiencing mental stress from their kids but can't access mental health services right now or resist heavier pharmaceuticals. I removed a star because my son - also with symptoms of sensory sensitivity, reports the chewable "hurts his gums and cheeks", which I interpret to be a sugar hit to nerves or something that he finds extra stimulating. It's hard to get him to take his Creekside sometimes due to this "explosion of sensation" as he describes it. Shrug. I just wish the whole world could come in gummy form most days.

Great for my kids' occasional anxieties
I'm an anxious human being, and a mother of 2 great kids, 13 and 10. As if the guilt of parenting mistakes isn't enough, I now feel the guilt of having passed on my anxiety to my kiddos. My older daughter, in particular, has episodes of worries that seem to consume her thoughts and make it hard for her to relax. These worries come and go, usually at the most inconvenient times. I researched several natural products for anxiety, and decided to give this one a try because I've had luck with several of it's ingredients helping to ease my own anxieties. I first tried this product with my son, who has severe eczema and a very "sensitive" disposition. Things can bother him quickly, and negativity can consume his cute little brain. I tried it for a second time with my teenage daughter, who has waves of worries that seem connected to hormonal changes, diet, and who knows what else. In both situations, this Anxiety Comfort worked like a charm. It took the edge of both of my children and made them forget what it was they were worried about. I gave it before bedtime to my son, and he was able to sleep well and wake up refreshed and in a good mood. I gave it to my daughter around dinner time, and within about 30 minutes she seemed more relaxed and a bit sleepy. I don't plan to use this all the time, because my kids don't need it every day. I do plan to use it before plane rides (my daughter fears) and on days when that edge seems greater than their ability to control it. I'm thankful for a natural alternative to battling anxiety. This, with daily relaxation exercises, has definitely helped my kids to live a calmer, happier life.

Amazing!
My seven year old was having a very hard time at school, and at home too. He was angry, lashing out, and melting down. It took me awhile to recognize that most of his behaviors were stemming from anxiety. We've implemented calming strategies at home and he has gone to counseling. All that has helped, but he was still having a hard time. I found these vitamins on Amazon with good reviews and decided to give them a try. It's truly amazing how much they help. I noticed a difference within a couple days. He is still excited, talkative, and one could even say impulsive, but the angry edge is gone. He's smiling all the time and is able to let things go much easier. He's gotten GREAT reports from school. I can't believe the difference and it all changed once he started taking these vitamins. He doesn't love the way they taste, but he takes them. I think they taste good! Like less chalky Tums. I have even taken them a few times and notice that I feel more happy and calm when I do. I am so happy that he's doing so well and am grateful to have these vitamins!

Made anxiety SO BAD!
I was very excited to try these for my 11 year old son who struggles with anxiety. A lot of reviews said to give it before bed because it helps sleep and is calming. About 30 minutes after giving it to him (1 pill) he was losing it! He couldn’t sit still, was so agitated, pacing the floor, and crying. He kept saying “mom what’s wrong with me!?” And saying he felt weird. I ended up making him a bed on the floor in my room because I was worried to leave him unattended. This made for a very long night. I don’t think it was a ‘bad’ product, just his body didn’t do well with them. I think it’s a product that is worth a try, just be aware that it may work opposite of what it is supposed to on some people.

You will see a difference!
This is my 100% honest review. I started my son on these about a week ago. He was diagnosed with combination ADHD when he was 5 and we had him try several stimulants since then. They would work ok for a bit but they seemed to stop working for him. I have spent countless hours / days doing research and joining facebook support groups and talking with other parents about what they have tried. I came across these and I read every review and knew I wanted him to try these. My 11 year old would not sleep in his bed and cried every night for hours and ended up in our bed. The first day he took these, he slept in his bed and has continued to sleep in his bed EVERY night so far and no tears no anxiety. His School has said they also see a difference which is big for us. I am not sure if it is just these or the combination of what I have him on but I am VERY pleased so far. I also started him on liquid Omega3 and Slep and Restore with magnesium and l-theanine gummy at night to sleep. After YEARS of thinking I only needed to treat his ADHD, I found that I needed to help with the Anxiety that was sending his ADHD into overdrive. Now that he is calm and not always in fight or flight mode, he is able to be calmer, which hen helps the focus. The focus and attention span could still use some improvement but now that he is calmer we are working on that. This is just what I believe and I always encourage parents research as much as they can. You know your kids best. I hope this helps someone. :)
