How long will it keep in the fridge?

Once it is opened put it in an airtight container (Tupperware type thing) and it will literally keep for weeks. I've never had any go off. I think it's because it is cooked during the manufacturing process (I have actually seen it being made in Norway) so is less of a raw product than normal cheeses. Hope this helps.
