I absolutely love my Ninja Creami. It is my favorite small kitchen appliance! Having a dairy sensitivity, this wonderful, little machine has allowed me to easily make delicious ice cream using a soy milk base. It is very simple to use, functions very well, and so far, quite durable. The freeze time before creating the actual ice cream is 24 hours, which is standard. I really appreciate the quality and value of the Ninja line of products and my kitchen is full of them!

The options for healthy, tasty ice cream are mind blowing! If you love ice cream, but have dietary restrictions…this is a must have!

This is a lot of fun to use! My daughter wanted it and I was skeptical because of the price. We bought it and I think I had more fun making things than she did! Since I cut out sugar (processed), I use this to make fruit ice cream. I use 1/2 and 1/2 and fresh fruit. The banana ice cream is wonderful and so creamy! I wish I waited a little longer to order because it was half price on Woot! a few weeks later.

I've had this product for a few weeks and started to notice I had a severe sore throat after using it. I've been cleaning the product regularly but during a full inspection of the machine I finally noticed erosion on the interior of the blade pocket. For the past week the Creami has been shedding metal flakes into the ice cream, and it has worsened over time. It appears to be an issue with the blade as the metal flakes from it and is then driven into the ice cream by the shaft. I can't speak to the product as it comes from the manufacturer, but this refurbished model is a danger to consumers. The amount shown is from two runs on a cup of warm water with soap. There have been no other issues with the machine(smoking, skipping, or losing the blade) but this issue obviously renders the machine unusable.
