Small, compact and lightweight external drive. Received the original one, but it was faulty and would not connect. Contacted the company who responded within two hours, asked a couple of questions, then arranged for a new item to be delivered and the original collected. Excellent service support. Replacement works perfectly.

Excellent compact 1TB drive for the price. Very small and lightweight, easy to carry in a bag or pocket. Storage capacity is perfect for photos, videos, office work, and backups. I received this on 12 July 2026 and started using it straight away (I was backing up 20+ years of photos). Just over 24 hours later I suddenly and unexpectedly got a message saying that I'd disconnected the drive without closing it properly (I hadn't) and since then it's been a brick with lights that makes a sad whirring noise when I try to connect it. I've tried it on two different laptops using both the USB-A and USB-C cables but the most I can get is for Disk Utility to see it as an unmounted object which can't be erased or reformatted. I know tech doesn't last as long these days but to not even make it past 36 hours is absolutely ridiculous.

This was purchased as a gift. The storage capacity is ideal and even he will not be able to fill it all by end of 2026. It has a very good data transfer rate and is very easy to use, with a very good speed of transfer. It has a very sleek design and look.

Purchased this to store and secure all my files from my PC, Laptop and Phone and to clear my PC of all my personal files and many, many thousands of pictures to free up space on my main PC and this does the job with ease, and after all that I still only used just over a 1/4 of the space on this hard drive, the transfer speed from PC to this hard drive took no time at all for my files, my pictures took a little longer, but was quick if you know what I mean, I just connected to PC via the USB and transferred and cleared my PC with ease and quickly, cable length could have been a little longer, but made it work anyway, the hard drive is very compacted and small takes up no space at all really, so all on all in my honest opinion would highly recommend.

After my initial review about the fact this product wasn’t working and wouldn’t connect, the seller reached out to me to offer either a full refund or a replacement. I chose to get a replacement. They were really kind and helpful and clear in their communication and this was fixed within a day of me leaving my review, so I’m very happy with it. The replacement works perfectly, no issues at all

I've ordered many things from Amazon over the years and as you'd expect not everything works first time. This was no different, I plugged the hard drive into my PS4, it accepted and read the drive, but only showed capacity of 206mb! The hard drive comes with a QR code for support which opens the business account in WhatsApp and not expecting much, I dropped them a message. Well, best customer service experience ive ever had on here. Couple of checks and no quibble they sent me a replacement next day and arranged to collect the defective one. All set up now and no issues. I'll order again when I need another and would recommend.The hard drive itself simple plug in, recognised. Formatted easily and away you go. Comes with compatible lead and silent running. Data transfer from ps4 to drive was quick too.

No puedo decir mucho sobre este producto porque es temprano apenas lo compré. Pero le he dado 5 estrellas porque vino en el tiempo señalado. Funciona lo he probado y va bien de momento y espero que funcione bien y que Dios me ayude en confiar más en el vendedor y que no falle el producto.

J'ai bien reçu le disque, conforme à la description en apparence. Cependant, à la connexion sur mon ordinateur, j'ai immédiatement constaté que l'article n'était absolument pas neuf, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.Vendre un produit d'occasion au prix du neuf est une pratique trompeuse et inacceptable. De plus, le disque contenait des fichiers appartenant à une entreprise étrangère — ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions sur la confidentialité des données et la gestion des articles revendus. Heureusement, je ne comprends pas cette langue, mais les conséquences auraient pu être graves pour cette entreprise à son insu.Je suis profondément déçu et en colère. Je le déconseille fortement à quiconque.
