Compact Small Cloakroom Basin Sink + Tap & Trap Set

Can't fault it and very reasonably priced.

Husband is a plumber and needed a small profile basin that still has room to actually wash your hands (surprising how many are not up to the practicality, just look "fashionable") for a customer with very limited space. Ordered one from a plumbing website that came direct from manufacturer and twice it arrived broken so we had to give up on it and look for another. When I showed him this one, he was reluctant to believe it would be any where near something he would be happy to supply but out of curiosity said to have a look see. The one he'd previously ordered was just for the sink only and was over £100 and he ordered another from his usual merchant at about £80 again just for the basin alone and was prepared to use that.When this arrived he was pretty gobsmacked. It was well wrapped and in one piece with no cracks or defects of any kind.The only let down was that the chrome bottle trap was not in the box. I messaged the seller via Amazon and got a speedy (within a couple of hours) response, very apologetic and polite stating it would be sent out as soon as possible. I had it within 2 or 3 days.We gave the customer the choice of either basin without disclosing the price first. She chose this one as the better fitting to the space and still being able to get her hands into the basin to wash properly without water going everywhere hopefully as it isn't as shallow as others. Obviously then she was even happier when she was told it was half the price of the original one she chose and this included all the fitting so she was saving on taps too. Only time will tell as to the taps but they seemed decent enough.Husband said there was a slight problem (hole/leak) with the waste fitting so he just used a different one he had on the van.All in all absolutely great for the price and customer service was great too. Would use again if we need another with no concerns at all

Ordered basin for cloakroom, trap is missing, then leaky waste, had to get replacement washer and trap from screwfix. Still waiting for reply from seller. Would like refund on money spent on extra accessories.
