Nicely made. Gets very warm. Charges easily. Comfortable to wear, but even the lowest setting is a little too hot for me. Goes off on a timer. More effective at staying warm than some of the microwave versions.

It’s a nice mask but far from perfect. On the highest (red setting) it does not get warm enough for my liking. Compared to a Bruder eye mask that you microwave, this just not get as warm. The heating elements are also positioned too high (closer to eyebrows instead of the eyeballs). The unit is a bit rigid and bulky. While it’s ok to wear if you’re sitting up or lying down on your back, it is not comfortable to sleep with if you’re a side sleeper and you’re head is turned to the side on a pillow. Reservations aside, it is still decent and I use mine frequently.
