Not worth $10
This is a tiny bottle and if anyone really does Keto right then you know we have to drink crazy amounts of water. I guess I just assumed it would be 32oz or better but it’s more like 16oz-20oz. The plastic, while it is bpa free, is also super thin and flimsy. The ball also floats and that means it is difficult to stir up the shake/supliment sediment at the bottom.

Good design perfect for travel
This cup is the perfect size for travel and doesn't leak or drip on you when you drink from it. I like the clear design. Dr. Colebert's products are fantastic.
