Well constructed and comfortable to wear. Really reduces glare from upcoming vehicles and effectively from LED headlights. Light to wear and fit superbly. Night driving a lot safer, especially in wet and misty weather. Recommended.

I bought these glasses with the express purpose of them helping me drive at night. The day I got them, I checked them out, they're built pretty nicely and the lenses are obviously quite nice too. They also came in their own decent pouch, which itself was in a zip-up outer pouch along with a wipe cloth for the lenses. So great value for money straight away.To wear, the arms were a bit tight/narrow for my head and the rubber ends of them could catch on your hair as you put them on, but the way they sit at the top on the nose is excellent, very comfortable.It was sunny when I got them, so I tried the "polarized lenses" out straight away as I drove off. They're not as tinted as proper sunglasses, but they did do a passable job in the winter sun sitting low in the sky and reflecting off wet surfaces. They definitely were a benefit.Night driving? They didn't blow me away, but I definitely would still recommend. I find it helps most in situations like turning off an unlit A-road into an unlit side road. When wearing the glasses, picking where to aim in regards to the off-white marks on the dark road I found was a good bit easier. It also gave more confidence when reversing out of a parking space in the dark.Oncoming lights WILL still be able to dazzle, but seeing where you're meant to be going is made a bit easier by wearing them.For the price, definitely worth a go!

Very good quality for the price and the lenses work. I covered 100 miles in the Derbyshire dales on the weekend which for those that don't know is country roads with no street lamps for most part. Coming head to head with oncoming traffic on full beams, retro fitted LED lights etc is very common. They stopped me getting blinded by the cars lights as well as saved that headache from 4 hours driving at night in this environment.They don't filter out the low lower light so when it's dark and just your own headlights lighting up the cateyes you can still see them clearly although yellow in tint. If you windscreen steams up or you get oil on it the street lamps will make it annoying as you will see it. These lenses seem to amplify the reflection of the contaminants on windscreen. Nothing a quick clean of the glass won't fix though.I am pleased with these glasses they actually work and I was sceptical if they did or not. They are not like sunglasses which darken everything. These turn everything yellow is taking that high intensity blue out of other people's headlights.

I thought that I would give these a try as I am suffering with headlight blinding problems when driving at night, caused by cataracts forming. They are very well packaged, come with a case, cleaning cloth and soft carry bag. The glasses are extremely lightweight and you barely notice that you have them on. The nose-bridge supports are quite difficult to adjust, being very stiff. Mostly good so far. My issue is, how effective they are as night-driving glasses? Streetlights and headlights are (understandably) tinted yellow but your whole area of vision is likewise. So do they work? The jury’s still out on that one. They do reduce glare, but at night, for me when driving, they don’t feel natural. I will keep testing them and if I have a change of view, I will update this review in due course.

Really made a difference to night driving

I bought another pairfor my daughter and my son tried them out and ordered his own pair.For me they are a mixed blessing at night as we have unlit roads .They do cut down glare from oncoming traffic .They are excellent in dull overcast or wet weather. While not sun glasses they reduce daytime glare .Frames are well made and nose bridge comes with additional soft cups.

So good to drive with day or night! Also great for the firing range! Very impressive!

Para personas con fotosensibilidad, el aumento de las luces led en los vehículos es una tortura, pues las leds afectan más a la retina que las luces convencionales.En mi caso, por patologías en retinas, tengo fotosensibilidad y conducir de noche es un problema por lo que me llegan a cegar las luces.Estas gafas han sido un grato descubrimiento, pues, aunque las luces siguen molestando, ya no inciden de forma tan fuerte y persistente. Antes, la sensación de haber mirado una luz perduraba más rato en mis retinas, el ojo tardaba más en recuperar la visión normal, pero con estas gafas, la luz blanca que molesta más, se vuelve amarilla y sin tanto destello, como se muestra en la foto, donde en la mitad del faro están las gafas. Sólo por esto, ya le doy 5 estrellas y mi eterna gratitud por poder conducir de noche con menos riesgo.A nivel de comodidad, podrían serlo más, pero para este precio estoy completamente satisfecha con la compra.
