Perfect for Taiyaki
This is the perfect for Taiyaki, and can be frozen for use later. It's also great spread on toast. Sweet and just the right texture.

Yummy
Red bean paste is so yummy. I can’t believe I’d never had it until a couple years ago in sesame balls from a restaurant. It’s a delightful treat. I made sticky rice cakes with this as the filling and it worked perfectly. Good, smooth consistency. I do find it a little too sweet, but I don’t think it would be overkill for most people because I don’t eat much sugar at all. I would try freezing the left over portion next time. I’ve seen some say it works, but haven’t tried it and I didn’t use more than half the bag. Try it and enjoy!

Super sweet
I used this to fill the centers of my homemade mochi. The consistency is super smooth. It could be a tad less sweet but all in all a good buy!

Delicious
Honestly delicious, not too sweet. Great on toast and pancakes. I'm already buying again so I don't run out.

Perfect for mochi
I use this paste in mochi, and it's perfect. I can't always find sweet red bean paste locally, so it's great to be able to buy it on Amazon. Not only does it have a good flavor, it's very pure. Very pleased with the taste and performance of this red bean paste. Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! I loved it!
Delicious! And I think the price was very good (maybe I was lucky to get it at around $15) for the amount and the consideration that its a rare import food. I didn't like the package because squeezing the paste out of the hole I cut caused the labels to get wet and come off and could fall into the food, so I cut open the package and scooped it all out and put it in a container. But despite that I still want to give it 5 stars, I loved it so much and I used it in so many ways to finally eat so many Japanese things I always wanted to eat like botamochi or ohagi. I wish this was made more readily available all the time, I'd buy a packet every few months (the first one has lasted me nearly 2 months already, might last 3 months once it's done).

Taste good.
It taste pretty good but the price tag is pretty high for what it is but it's still cheaper than going to Japan directly...
