1/2" Shank Straight T-Slot & T-Track Slotting Cutter Router Bit Wood Groove Milling Cutter Woodworking Tool, 1-1/16 Inch Diameter

I used this bit to make a temporary hold down for my CNC machine and it works as advertised. As other have commented the bit created a kerf that was wider then expected but it works and that’s what matters for this project.I purchased the 1/2” shank so my router had no problems cutting the stock, however if I was going to do this with a 1/4” shank then I would use the table saw or a flat bottom endmill to clear the channel before using this bit.

Not perfect, but considering 1/4 in shank routers aren't made to cut this much material at once, it did as well as one could expect at this price point. Used this bit to make half of a T-slot along the edge of several pieces of oak. It did well until it got to the narrow part of the T. The cutter in that section could not handle removing too much material in one pass. I ended up removing the bulk of the material on the table saw, and using the bit to get things to final size.

Worked like it should i used a 1/4” bit first and followed with this no problem.

Liked the price and quality

A slightly to wide kerf for t- bolts.A thinner kerf would give string slot for t-bolts to purchase.

Item came as described. Used this bit to make my own slatwall. I've made a few 2x4s so far so good.

The router bit did what it was designed to do. The order was received when promised. And the company followed up to ensure that I was happy. Another satisfied customer.
