Fast delivery and everything works great.** Update ** Initially the Cool Toner Compatible Toner Cartridge worked great. Print quality was good and no problems. However, after using about half the toner contents, we started to see severe striping on multi-page print jobs. It has gotten progressively worse the past week and we finally replaced the cartridge. Still, at $22.50 per cartridge, it was better than the OEM cartridge. Just don't plan on getting the number of print jobs you would expect. I am dropping my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Sorry, but the proof is in the pudding. Looked good initially, but the taste diminished rapidly. I would probably try another brand before I came back to these.

I ordered this toner for an office member who does a lot of important printing. I asked her about it and she says that it does the job very well. She is pleased by it. Should she need another one in the future, I will be reordering this one. Thank you for much for shipping it to us in a timely fashion. We appreciate it.

Bought the 2 pack in April 2019 when I bought the printer and didn't use it until Feb 2020. It is slightly different from the toner cartridge that came with the printer - so much so that I didn't think it would fit or work...........but it does fit and works fine.

This Cool Toner is designed with a lip that sticks out and catches in my printer. See their toner on the left (top) compared to the OEM on the right (bottom). I can't get it to install properly in my LaserJet ProM402nde.

I have HP Laserjet printer Pro MFP M426fdw which uses HP26A Ink toner cartridge. I ordered the cool Toner 2pk compatible toner cartridge and received the 26X toner cartridge which does not fit my 26A printer. The cartridge is too big for the printer. I returned it with no problem. I have attached a photo to show the difference in size and shape.

Normally. it has worked wonderfully, I do not believe the issue was the ink but in fact my newer printer. I removed ever interior part of the printer, tried taking out ad reinstalling a new fuser unit.All the pages always came out black. I tried cleaning the roller, running a half dozen pages. Thought the printer was toast. Until I read online that some new printer has built in wi-fi or chips that will only read brand name cartridges. Tried this and it worked. No issues. I gave this product a decently high rating, because when installed in older printers, they worked fantastically. Apparently the newer printer have so dirty tricks up their sleeves.

The ink cartridge is well worth the money. Price was 75% less than a new HP cartridge. Print quality is good for the price paid. Overall a great buy

PROBLEM... after installing the new toner cartridge. The printer would not use that cartridge. SHOWED ERROR. Reinstall the old one and it works.

Ich habe die Patrone erst vor kurzem eingesetzt und nach ca. 100 Seiten ist die Patrone schon leer! Bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit der Patrone und würde sie nicht mehr bestellen! Versprochen wurde mehr als 1000 Seiten. Verstehe ich nicht. Und dabei drucke ich nur normale Briefe (Bewerbungen etc.)

Laut Beschreibung können ca. 9.100 Seiten gedruckt werden. Laut Abfrage des Materialstatus können aber nur 7.200 Seiten gedruckt werden. Sollte vielleicht in der Produktbeschreibung angepasst werden. Ansonsten trotzdem ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

In einen HP Laserjet Pro 402dn passt das Ding nicht hinein. Muss zurück senden.
