How much weight can it holds? Is it sturdy enough?

Hello, each tier in the front can ideally load for 0.45 pounds, and no problem with even over a little, the tier in the back loading range will depends how much weight in the front. Best Samstar

I ordered this and mind does not sit flat...rocks back-and-forth. Any suggestions on how to fix it or just sit back and try to get another?

Try taking the racks out and twisting the base slightly. Test after each slight twist until it sits flat. Hope this helps.

Does it fit really 8.5x11 paper?

Yes, it does! It even holds file folders. I love it with everything at my fingertips and the students don't knock it off my desk like they did with my others!

What is the exact height? One of the small pictures says 9.6" but the writeup says 11.61 and 11.4

Mine is 10" tall at the back, 5.5" tall at the front, 11 3/8" deep front to back, and 12.5" wide. Mine looks like the one in the picture you have.
