NOT REAL RAGYU
I bought 3 Lbs of "RAGYU". There was ZERO marbling. Steak was very tough and hard to chew. We alll were disappointed. Please find another (honest) butcher. Spent $300 and feel CHEATED. )

Americans Wagyu experiences
The steaks are not tender. We compared from different farms we ordered, these steaks marbles of fat are not as good as another American Wagyu. That is reason the meat was dry and not tasty.
