Use it to relax my tense areas on my muscles and body.

These are adequate. Nothing compared to Rock Pods, but they work well enough for the price. They would work great as an addition to cups with better suction. They hold well, depending on location, but if you are interested in incorporating movements in your therapy I would invest in better cups. These could handle some movement in larger muscle groups, but lose suction in smaller areas. Compared to RockPods, these are a softer, thinner silicone.

While the concept is promising, I found that the cups didn't always maintain suction well, which made the therapy less effective. Additionally, the edges of some cups were a bit rough, causing discomfort during use. However, for the price, it's a decent set for beginners or occasional users.

You get 2 sets of 6 different sizes with these. Just press down the middle, and it'd stick to your skin, may have to press more than once sometimes. They included an instruction sheet but if you can't read Chinese, you'd have to use a translation program to translate it. I think something might have gotten lost in translation on some of the instructions which I didn't understand or it didn't make sense to me. Hope it's not something critical. Two of the cups were loose in the bag, the other ones were nestled on top of each other. When I picked up one of the loose ones, I thought there were 2 cups in one and I was trying to get out the inner cup, but actually I eventually realized that each cup looked like there were 2 cups with one inside the other. So, don't try to take it out and break it. These are really easy to use. When I pressed down the first one, I think I did it too hard, it sucked so well it hurt, I had to readjust it. After using them and removing them, I did see my red marks on my skin which eventually went away.
