HakkoType Nozzle/0.6 mm N 6101 (Japan Import)

I bought 6 items and the order form showed 6 items. Then I got an e-mail stating one tip would be delivered earlier than stated. Then I got another e-mail stating a package with 5 items would be delivered. Then i got another e-mail stating the first order was delayed and would be delivered the next day. Then the package with 5 items was delivered. The package containing one item (tip) was delivered the next day. Now that I have all the items I ordered all is well.

The Hakko FR-301 is by far the best desoldering tool for my needs that I have used. I's been a great investment and has saved me time and money in the long run. Having the right nozzle for the particular job is essential. The price of the nozzles might seem a little high but I can say that they are quality parts and hold up better than a cheaper device I previously owned. Worth the investment.

I put this to work immediately in the FR-301, it works perfect for the small stuff. Did not clog neither so that's good.

I use this size for traces on more modern small electronics. Perfect clean and is genuine 👍

This tip gets clogged very easily. I was able to use this tip for an hour or so before getting the tip clogged. It's a high-quality tip, but the Hakko should have some recommended tools when this happens.

It's nice to find a non-ripoff Hakko tip and an actual one. Works well, heats accurately and quickly. I'm sure with proper care and cleaning off any excess flux on the pipe, it should last a while. Remember to tin your tips when your done with them and make sure there isn't any flux residue on them when you are finished. Keep those tips from developing cavities!

Good quality and on par with other Hakko products I've purchased. Cloggs so easily, but perhaps this is not a reflection on quality. I've used it twice and it clogged so bad both times that I had to get out the tiny drill bit to remoe the debris.

This one is very bad, it gets clogged super easlily. The diagram does not reflect the actual design because this nozzle is not directly connected to the suction pipe.

メーカーも公式ページで内部構造の画像を間違えています。内部に銅らしき金属パイプが圧入されていません。径が細すぎて技術上の問題で作れていないんでしょうね。このパイプがないと即詰まり、リードの残りを中途半端に吸った場合、即使用不可になります。掃除用のピンやドリルも意味がないですからチップ用と割り切らないと使い物になりません。リードは先にピンで抜いてからという人は使えるかもしれません。SSシリーズは全て筒なしなので知らないで購入すると高くつきます。
