If you’re looking for a new camera system, look no further. I’ve had Blink cameras for years, and they’re awful—outdated and unreliable. The motion detection is poor, and powering them is expensive since you have to buy specific batteries that cost around £15 for four, and they don’t last nearly as long as advertised. Tapo cameras, on the other hand, are a game changer. Mine are installed in both low and high sunlight areas, and they charge without any issues. The colour night vision is excellent and works really well. They’re also placed in high-traffic areas and never run out of power. Installation and setup are quick and straightforward, and all the features work exactly as they should. If you’re considering Tapo, go for it—they’re brilliant.

For the price I wasn’t expecting too much, but having had this camera installed in my back garden for a couple of weeks I’m impressed. Good quality video and the battery is still at 80+%. If you want a good, no frills camera that works with Alexa then this is worth considering. I would be happy to purchase another one of these.

Easy set up , good quality picture and sound and area of camera view and video is great, don't forget the SD card which you have to get separately and whilst setting up make sure you put it on solar panel mode as one found out the hard way. Value for money and you don't have keep charging which is a huge plus.

Purchased for my parents house to watch out for a squirrel in the loft. Great battery, great quality, easy to setup BUT it did fail to catch the squirrel wandering round. I'd definitely recommend though as it's great for capturing humans 👍🏻😁

Love it, works seamlessly with Alexa and it’s half the price of an Amazon camera. The picture is excellent and as it has its own solar panel I haven’t had to charge it yet. I did install an Amazon one in the garden at the same time and I’ve had to charge that one and the same time period. It’s incredibly easy to install and there’s even a template to know where to drill. ( essential for a woman with little drilling experience )

Works really well. Excellent picture day and night. Settings can be changed to reduce battery usage. Highly recommend.

In theory it is the perfect product: top quality, suberb application, plenty of features and tons of customisation, easy to install and to run, battery last for ages assuming that the camera is not falsely activated, amazingly low price. But it is a nightmare to install it and to confiure it in a way that it minimises the false alerts as much as possible. The motion detector gets activated by the lights of passing cars and not only. And that has an impact on tbe battery duration of course. I spend a lot of hours and gone through countless trials, I finally positioned the camera at such an angle that only a tiny part of the road is in the frame. But even that is enough to falsely activate the camera. But the worst thing is that not only it gets activated when there is no actual people passing by, it also records a video of that scene. And that is additional battery consumption. At the end there is no implementation of AI at all, it could have prevented the recording of all those videos even if the motion sensor was again activated. Overall, I am using the product, I like it but there is some compromises you have to make.

It is good came6i have to say but the tile list ed as 2K resolution but when I got the item it clear displays on the box it is Full HD. I hope they can fix what they say. Otherwise this is miss leading people!!!. Have to return it

Aplicação muito fácil. A app da Tapo é muito intuitiva e permite gerir várias câmaras em simultâneo. O único ponto fraco é que por ser uma câmara a bateria não é possível fazer gravação contínua, apenas grava quando há deteção de movimento.
