Bad product, stopped working in just o e month. No mishandling, no electricity issues. Hardly used the product 9-10 times. Useless design, the wore also doesn't plug in properly in the kessel's socket. Dont buy this product.

Writing this review after 1 month of use. Below are the key points to note: Pros: 1) Has auto shut off and it works perfectly 2) Size is good for a single person 3) Good for boiling and steaming 4) Works with a normal plug Cons: 1) Cord very short 2) Inner coating is chipping here and there. Need to use only wooden or silicone spatula. Better to go for the ones with steel interiors 3) Heat distribution is not good. The heating element is only on one side. For example, if you are cooking rice, the rice above the heating elements burns as the water content reduces. This can be seen in pictures from other reviews Other points to note: 1) Since it is not pressure cooked, cooking items like dal etc. take time and increases electricity consumption
