WORST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was so thrilled at first. Came with multiple attachments. It was so great, until it wasn't. While grating a brick of Parmesan, the shredder jammed and combusted, jamming the plastic into the power source, breaking the power source and bending the shredders. I unfortunately was outside of my return window by 30 days and Amazon had me contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer was horrible to work with. At first. They stated that the most that they could do was give me a $5 coupon to buy more of the attachments. After I explained through multiple emails that the power source itself had broke, they stated that the most that they could do was give me a 50% off coupon to buy a new one. They stated that they unfortunately cannot provide a full replacement or full refund as that's not how they do business. And they felt that this was the best customer service they could offer. I'm so disappointed. And ended up having to go back to Amazon to get my money back. Do not waste your time. I should have read the reviews as there are other one star reviews in here. Okay I was happy while it lasted which unfortunately only made it exactly 2 months and maybe nine blocks of cheese before breaking.

This electric cheese grater really surprised me. I have manual one which is flimsy and takes a while. it still works but it take a lot of effort and my arms get tired fast. To save my time and efforts, I purchased this electric cheese grater. It's easy to use. Just follow the instructions to put it together and not even a minute later you’re done! Not only is it great for cheese but it also works well for carrots, potatoes and cucumbers. The cleaning is easy too because there is a brush included in the package.Overall, I like it and use it daily to make cooking easier and less time consuming!

I really like this cheese grater it’s fast and easy the only thing that might be a down side is sometimes the cheese can get stuck in the cylinder when it’s being grated but the cheese being cold makes a world of difference. I would definitely recommend this product. The clean up is fairly easy yes you have different parts to clean up but if you clean right after using there are no issues

I had a mixed experience with this item. The one I used had to be returned because the cage that holds the chopping blades got jammed and the whole thing broke from the drive shaft to the cage that was being driven. Now that sounds like a 1 or 2 star review but there are good things about this product. Ok, if you want something that you take out from under the counter to do chop carrots for a soup then this thing is perfect for that. Its well designed and easy to use and has a powerful motor for the money. That was where my problem occured. The problem I ran into was I bought it to use to grate hard cheese. The motor was plenty powerful to do this but there is no safety mechanism that will stop it from turning if something like hard cheese get stuck in it. So powerful motor meets hard cheese and the plastic drive shaft payed the price. The reason for the 3 stars is, this may never have happened if I was using it to chop carrots or potatoes but using it to grate cheese was more than the plastic parts could bare. So if the design was changed or if something was put into place so if something gets stuck it disengages the drive shaft before damage occurs it would be a high review. If you cook things like soup where you chop alot of vegetables it would be great. Like I said the motor is powerful the opening is ample and if I had it and was throwing carrots and garlic and potatoes into it I think it would have worked all day long for me. But if something gets stuck then you are shit outta Its too bad that this was the only reason I wanted or needed this item. If I had other needs for it it may have worked great.

I live in Los Angeles, where the restaurant prices have doubled since COVID, so I try to cook at home more often. My favorite Green Papaya Salad recipe calls for a lot of julienned ingredients, and my hand gets so tired. I need a powerful motor and a 5-mm blade for better texture. This product is perfect to match my requirements. It makes it so easy and quick to julienne a whole big green papaya, carrots, and cucumbers. It has another blade to crush peaputs, too. I love the red color, and the non-slip suction base is beneficial. The feeder has a very big diameter, which is a big plus. Please note: When you assemble the device, please install the feeder perpendicular to the floor. There should be a gap on the upper edge as seen in the picture.

Used this shredder only twice, it was after the return date by 5 days, I was shredding small block of cheese and unit over heated and smelled burnt.. No one will return calls or emails, for a refund, do NOT reccomend this !! I contacted Amazon like instructed, and they would not honor there return policy, and gave me the run around, so now I m out a shredder, and also out of the money I paid.. Buyers beware

so cheap, it is falling apart while you grind the cheese or look at it.... Return to manual grinder...
