Quick, easy, tasty. Perfect for when you’re low on time or energy. Portable too if you’re travelling for work or something - just put some water in the packet and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. They’re a decent price for what you get and good quality.

Easy to prepare (hard to judge how much water-100ml is needed though). Ready in 2 minutes in the microwave. Very tomatoey and tasty. Low in fat and satisfying. Great value for money (works out at £2.50 each). Perfect meal for one

I usually buy rice pouches because they’re quick, easy and don’t leave loads of dishes behind. The instructions said to add milk or water into the pouch and microwave it but I didn’t feel like it worked that well that way. I’ll probably try making it in a pan next time and hope for better results. Taste wise it wasn't bad but I wasn't impressed, it definitely didn't come close to proper risotto. Obviously I didn't have big expectations from a pouch, but I would not buy this again.
