Honestly I bought this cause I was being lazy. My roller derby team has a 2 month off season in the winter, I work an office job and not having my usual workout (plus holiday calories) was taking a toll on my jeans! I was about to give up and find a temp gym membership when I injured my shoulder!I'd heard the science behind using a vibration plate and my brain said, that sounds easy.It is, if you want it to be.But it doesn't have to be!Once I read the manual and did some extra research, I found that I didn't just have to sit or stand - I could do a whole workout using it! I eased into it starting on the lower settings and starting out sitting on a chair with my feet on it.I wondered if I would feel sore after using, but I didn't! I felt energized and looked forward to trying it again, trying out different positions and settings.On the days I don't use it, I feel it!And when I do, even after 10-15 only, I feel pretty great.One of the biggest differences I noticed since adding this to my daily routine was that after practices revamped this month, instead of feeling practically dysfunctional due to excessive soreness, I had minimal discomfort after 3 hour practices and scrimmages, just using it for 10 minutes when I get home from the rink.It's now the thing that I look forward to when I get home!I think the size of it is nice- I was thinking it was going to be a little bigger and heavier and honestly, as a thick and curvy & made for derby girl, I was hesitant about standing on it with my full weight at first. But now, I have zero hesitation to do squats or work out moves while using it. I like the fact that it comes with programs - it was easy to try out the different speeds and intensities and find the ones I like.It's a little loud and it shakes my dresser a bit on the higher settings but not to the point that it's disruptive to anyone in my house, but I usually have the TV or music on and I am on the ground level of my home.If you're on the fence about trying this, go for it! It's such a simple thing you can add to your day that can make such a huge difference!

Nice quality. Unit is very portable. I've used it on concrete floors and wooden. It technically works on both. But far more stable on my concrete. Much noisier on the wood and the sound carries. I have used it on a rug and it damped the sounds. I itch like crazy when I remember to actually use it. Which is great. That means it's improving my circulation which is the reason I bought it. I'm not sure that some of the people leaving reviews here know that's why they're itching with it lol. It's not a defect with your body or the unit, it's a sign it's doing its job. It's been 2 years since my purchase and it's held up great. It still functions as well as the day I bought it. Highly recommend.

My friend has a $200 vibration plate and loves it. I was not about to spend that so after a lot of researching and review reading I bought this one. It sat in the box for about a week before I tried it and I wish I’d opened it right away. This thing is great! It is VERY quiet. I used it in the living room while everyone was watching tv and no one could tell. I can get on it first thing in the morning when everyone else is asleep and no one has a clue. It really relaxed my shoulders and neck, I can feel a definite difference after using it. I also have a cold/a lot of sinus congestion that it helped with. My friend gets a pillow and lays her chest across the vibration plate and “jiggles out the junk”. Just standing on it really loosened up my junk and helped me rid it.It’s built very sturdy, does suction to the floor and my 230lb husband can use it with no problem. My favorite part is that it has a remote AND a control panel you can adjust it with. I’m just sure we will misplace the remote at some point so having the panel on the machine so we can still use it was key for me as some do not.

This thing really rocks! I'm sitting all day doing remote work and studying all night for my doctorate so this thing gets me off my tush for 15 mins at a time which is better than nothing! I can still work while doing it and I feel like it's at least moving my lymphatic system if nothing else. In terms of leg and body muscles I'm not 100% sure it's doing anything? I haven't had any leg cramps or strains which is good but also makes me wonder if it's doing what it says. The different programs and speeds are great, it's just alittle noisier than I expected but then I have a very uneven slate tile floor, so maybe that's why. The elastic hand pull things are a joke! Now I will admit I was skeptical when I first seen this device on tik tok but after receiving...omg total game changer. The vibration is so intense, that u actually feel the workout after! I can't believe I got the deal I did on it. Its really powerful and works, I've had it for five days and I've already lost two pounds from it and it's noticable. Which is great, cuz I do go to the gym and have been having a hard time losing weight. So now I know what Im missing from my workout, the actual toning part of it. The vibration plates are sturdy, perfect balance. Despite it being a workout tool, the vibration is like a massage and it feels very therapeutic using it. I would highly recommend.
