Rather sharp...
So my husband kept complaining about our knives becoming blunt. I therefore searched extensively before finding this knife. A few days after Christmas he is in the kitchen, I hear a call, 'I think I need to go to A&E'... Turns out it is pretty flipping sharp, he'd cut the top of his thumb off, nail and all. VERY SHARP. But very good to chop with!

Santoku a un excellent rapport Qualité/Prix
Je l'ai essayé sur des légumes (carottes, pommes de terre, champignons, poivrons), sur de la viande de boeuf pour faire de fines tranches, sur du jambon de dinde ainsi que des pommes à tailler en lamelles pour faire 1 tarte. Le santoku coupe très bien, il est arrivé déjà bien aiguisé, rien a dire. Concernant le manche,cil est bien équilibré et tient bien en main. Je l'ai nettoyé a la main comme stipulé sur la notice et l'ai essuye directement. J'attends quelques mois pour voir s'il est toujours aussi performant. Mais pour l'instant ça va!!!
