Arcturus 100% Virgin Wool Blanket

Great quality, smell, weight, color, softness, packaging and size!!! Seems like we will get a lot of life with this blanket... so, I'll be replacing the blankets in all of our other rooms with these. Pair this up with some quality linen sheets (as we did) and your rest should definitely improve. (My husband's sleep score went from an 84 to a 96 on his Apple watch.) Also, I tend to sleep hot and, even with the weight of this blanket, had no issue with heat. (Could be because I was sandwiched in linen with the blanket not, directly, touching me.) Needless to say, we are pleased with this blanket!!! (One tip: take a lint roller to this bad boy right out of the package, but no big deal if you don't.)

Gift recipient was extremely happy with such a , well made, soft , warm wool blanket (queen) in green. Blanket is made with 100% virgin wool. Durable, no shedding,no weird smells. Not cheaply made,has weight to it.

This 100% wool blanket is the real deal! I LOVE this blanket. It is soft, warm, breathable, and I love the color. It helps to keep my body temperature regulated throughout the night. It has the loveliest faint "wool" smell the first couple of days, but sadly that dissipated, because I loved it. This blanket is just as good quality as the high end brands that are 3 or 4 times as expensive. I can tell it is made of quality wool and will last probably a lifetime. If you are looking for a nice wool blanket, don't hesitate......this is it.

Grabbed this up during black friday 2025 and have been using this as my comforter with flannels over the winter, and I am very pleased. It is a lighter blanket, which is why I paired it with flannels, but it does a very good job insulating heat. It is more than big enough for my full-size bed. The natural fibers is the main reason why I purchased it, as everything else on amazon was full of polyester. This is 100% natural. I sort of get the other reviews mentioning a "dry cleaning smell", but it really isn't that bad and it wears off with time. Happy to support a small business providing a quality product.

This is a update review. Received the blanket today! The blanket is awesome, soft not itchy no odor. Should be great for those cold camping nights hunting. Thanks Arcturus for great quality blanket.

My husband and I have been using this on our bed for a while now. I got the green color. Very pretty color and the weight on the bed when sleeping is just right. Very comfortable to use for sleeping. Keeps us very warm and it will last us for many, many years. You won't be disappointed!

No smell, no itch, no pilling, no shedding, no defects. Moderate warmth, heavy, wish the edges were finished nicer. Not sure if Arcturus superwashes their wool. I have not washed it. Seems like a good value and it will last a long time.

I was a bit concerned when I opened the package to see how thin this blanket was, but realized as I picked it up how heavy it is and how dense the fibers are. Not scratchy at all for wool, either. There was a slight odor but I hung the blanket to air out, and that dissipated within a few hours. The blue color is lovely. You can sleep comfortably and be toasty warm without waking in a sweat because it’s so breathable. The weight (7 lbs. for queen) was comforting too. Would buy again; well worth the price.

Eine makellose Decke und sie hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich habe die in King size und sowas kuscheliges und toll verarbeitetes - ein Prachtexemplar - hat mich sofort überzeugt. Hätte sie gern in allen Farben und allen Größen. Ich decke mich nachts zusätzlich mit ihr zu und dieses feeling, was entsteht, glaube ich, bekommt man nur mit Wolle. Vielen Dank Arcturus!

Blanket is exactly as described as far as colour and edge hemming. While it's not as smooth as silk, it feels very smooth for wool, I've definitely slept under scratchier in my youth. There's a faint smell to it when you take it out of the package, but after a couple days on the bed it disappears quickly. Got the king sized blanket for my bed, and it is plenty big enough on the top and sides to tuck in. This isn't a super thick blanket, and I was initially worried that it would be too cold at night (we usually keep the house around 17 degrees at night). Paired with a very thin cotton throw overtop though, it works great to keep me warm but not overheating and getting sweaty (which is a problem I've often got with synthetic blankets). Although thin, the blanket has a comfortable weight to it.

Very high quality; very densely woven and so quite thin. Not quite warm enough for cooler winter nights bit perfect for spring and fall. Gives you warmth without the bulk.
