These are great! I swear by them when drinking. I’m not so good about putting one on before drinking but instead, at the end of the night. I would say 90% of the time, I feel great the next morning! I also take a Super B vitamin every day and I think that also helps.We’ve used these in Key West, on a 5 day music festival cruise and Vegas, so they have been put to the test and passed with flying colors! I’m in my 50’s and while I don’t drink at the levels I did back in the day (nor do I recover as well), I do enjoy drinking socially on a regular basis so I probably use a couple a week, whether I need it or not!

The day after savers!!! I put on the patch about 20 minutes before I start drinking and it makes me feel absolutely fine the next day. I have never had a hangover while wearing it, and I have definitely drank waaaaaay more than I probably should. Totally worth the money. It can be easily hidden under your shirt. Stays on all night. It will irritate my skin slightly if I forget to take it off.

I've done the hangover drinks and pills, but I didn't know about the patches.For comparison for those that have used it all-I mostly take the pills over the drinks because they travel better, and the pills seem to work just as much for me as the drinks do. These patches work for me *almost* as well as the other ones.When I say almost, I only (at worst) have a headache the day after really have drinking. Which, heavy drinking is all my group knows how to do. The other items work the same for them, too. Our group also all used the patches several times, and partied on as usual. A couple of us did notice some nausea the next day, which we never got with the other stuff. However, it's the one or two of us that have sensitive stomachs.The price of the patches compared to the other methods is significantly lower. So, I actually will order these and risk a little bit of nausea because things can still be much worse if you don't use one at all. I find it a fair tradeoff for the price, because I'm just happy that I don't wake up puking everywhere. Some nausea is fine with me.The longevity of the actualy patch seems to be good. I partied all night, slept and woke up and it was on. It's been a toss up when swimming or showering, but at the price I just slap another one on.I didn't experience any skin irritation from the patches, and no one else in my group complained about anything. So, I'm assuming it's probably fine for most skin.

These patches are surprisingly effective. I applied one before a night out and woke up feeling great — no painful hangover and no grogginess. They’re easy to use and don’t leave any residue. Just remember to put them on prior to drinking for the best effect! Only docking a star because I wish the pack came with more patches for the price. Overall good value.

I don’t write too many reviews but I have to write this one. These ABSOLUTELY WORK! In my 20s and even 30s, my hangovers were never too bad. I would feel crappy and sometimes throw up, but I usually had to drink a lot. However, as I aged into my 40s, the nausea I would get from drinking was horrible every time I drank. I threw up almost every single time I had a night out. And would be so nauseous the whole next day. I’ve tried electrolyte drinks, ‘hangover’ pills, Nauzene, tried anything labeled with any indication that it would help with hangovers and nothing worked. I then found these patches and of course I had to try them. The first time I used them I was on vacation and was drinking about 2-3 drinks a night. I woke up the next morning after wearing a patch and I had absolutely no nausea! I thought maybe because I wasn’t drinking as much as I usually do, so I still had to try them out more. The first hard core drinking night I had with the patch…I still woke up with no nausea, no throwing up! I still felt like crap, but not being sick to my stomach was a game changer. I now have been using the patches for almost 2 years every time I drink and I’ve maybe thrown up from drinking twice in 2 years! These patches are so effective, I always have them with me when I know I’m going to be drinking. They stay on while swimming, hot tubbing, etc. I put mine on my lower back and it stays put pretty good. You have to make sure to apply before drinking and keep it on during the night. If it happens to fall off during the night, I find myself not feeling as well. If you’re looking for help with your hangovers, get these!!!!

I’m a heavy drinker in my late 30’s and I get the worst hangovers all the time, or at least I did until a friend gave me one of these to try. Went on a boat party and drank non-stop all day my first time, woke up like nothing happened. Adhesive is very strong but not enough to cause any skin damage. I’ve swam at the lake, hopped in the shower, and would still stay on for days. Completely waterproof. I’ve left patches on for 4-5 days because you don’t even feel they’re there, and it still was stuck on pretty good. Easy to peel off even if applied same day. Label says to apply before 30 min before drinking and to leave on for 8 hours after last drink, but I’ve found as long as you put it on before you go to sleep, it’s just as effective. There’s been times even where I go out drinking without putting one of these on, pass out, air up hungover and put one on, and within an hour I already start feeling significantly better with the hangover gone completely away after 2-3 hours. When applied as directed, I wake up in a better mood than if I hadn’t drank at all. I wake up alert and full of energy! Sometimes I put it on even when I don’t drink just because I feel so much better. I’ve passed this out to at least 20 people and have gotten 100% positive feedback and all have gone out of their way to spread the word to others. Love, love, love, love, love, love, LOVE this product. I feel like I’m back in my 20s now. Truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things about this product!!

Overall I felt like this helped a little. Used as directed. It definitely helps some but it's not the end all cure all. Still stay hydrated, I usually do one water to one drink ratio.I used Redi Patch and it worked better for me atleast..This is simple to use and you can go swimming with it. Stays on. I had no issues with rash or irritation.

I cannot live without my patch!! Buy the patches RIGHT NOW!! I swear by them. Long as you put them on prior to drinking and leave on until the next day I promise you’ll wake up ready to start all over again. The very first time using them I threw my mom a moo moos and margaritas party everyone had patches on as much as we partied we were all able to get up for brunch at stats the next day at 1!!
