Milk Thermometer for Coffee - Ideal for Dairy Milk Cheese Yoghurt Making

Great little thermometer

Seams to be pretty accurate. Which is unusual with many of the thermometers that I've had. A decent size, I can read it with my glasses on, but is fine. I bought it in a sour dough, to monitor the temperature. I even put it in my fridge with another thermometer and they both had the same reading.

I chose this device over an electronic thermometer, because it is analogue and you get to see the needle move in real time rather than relying on an anonymous LCD readout. The thermometer itself appears to be well built, though a little delicate. I wouldn't want to give it the rough and tumble treatment for fear of it snapping. To be honest though how much welly are you giving it when measuring the temperature of milk? I used this device to make yogurt in an Instant Pot. It worked perfectly first time and aided in the process of producing decent, edible yogurt. Not much more to say really. Buy with confidence.

I use this to make yoghurt. It clips a the side of my pan to accurately measure the temperature as it rises and as it cools. Wouldn’t be without it.

This works as required. Clips on to my pan well, during cheese making.

I like this termometer, because it is very easy to use due to a clear white screen in Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. The best part is the handle that can be used while the milk is warming up; just clip it to the pot used for boiling the milk, while the hands are free to do other work. I am confident in recommending this product.

It works but the clamping mechanism is not holding it straight up as I want. Noticed after buying that the box reads +/- 4 celsius accuracy. Not terrible not good.

Handig ding. Ik gebruik hem voor het opwarmen van de melk en het yoghurt maken. Hij past goed op de rand van de pan. Enig minpuntje is dat er op de punt een miniem plastic dopje zat. Dat is zo klein dat ik het meteen kwijt ben geraakt.
