I’m size 36ddd what size should I get?

XL, I am a 36DD and the XL works for me. Btw, this is a very good bra, the best on Amazon, and comparable to bras I've purchased from popular yoga brands. You'll end up buying more.

I’m a 36G what size should I get?

I am 40A and I bought a Xxl and it's tight , I wished they sold sizes for bigger girls, hope this helps

Yes the bra is padded and it doesn’t come undone when you wash. I bought the large bring a natural Medium and I should have gone with the medium. Great support, not tight, very flattering.

Do you have a unaboob with this bra?

It absolutely gives you a uniboob
