52" Smart Wood Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Lights Remote,Low Profile,White

If you want a modern, minimalist aesthetic without sacrificing airflow, this low-profile fan is a fantastic choice. The DC motor is completely silent, which is perfect for my home office when I'm streaming and can't have background motor hum picking up on the microphone. I placed a banana for scale to give you a sense of that massive 52-inch blade sweep. WHY IT'S A GREAT UPGRADE: • The real wood blades look incredibly high-end compared to standard cheap plastic or MDF ceiling fans. • The smart features are super convenient. Being able to change the LED color temperature and fan speed via an app or voice command is a huge plus. Very bright. INSTALLATION CATCH: • Because this is a "low profile" or hugger-style fan, the metal canopy that sits against the ceiling is extremely shallow. Trying to cram the remote receiver box, the thick house wires, and the wire nuts into that tiny space is an incredibly frustrating puzzle. Have patience and trim your wires neatly before you start. THE BOTTOM LINE: A beautiful, dead-silent smart fan that pushes a massive amount of air, as long as you have the patience to navigate the tight wiring install.

The fan performance is great. What differentiates this from other options for me is the quality of craftsmanship, cosmetic appeal, 4124 CFM output which is as high or higher than the competition, it is extremely quiet, low profile 7.8 inches from ceiling, and the ability to turn it on and off with a hard wired switch if desired. The fan failed after using it for one day so I emailed the company and they responded within 2 hours and sent a replacement receiver after helping me troubleshoot the issue. Their customer service was so outstanding that I still give this product a 5 star review in spite of the extra trouble. After resolving the issue the fan works perfectly. On the remote control the user has the ability to choose between 3000K, 4000K or 5000K light color. I would prefer if this choice could be set at the installation with a small switch inside the light. Most users do not know enough about this to consistently make this selection and it is not something that needs to be changed on a daily basis.

I bought three (3) of these fans (white with light natural wood blades). They have exceeded my expectations. They look even better in person than they do on Amazon pictures. Im 70 years old and I had them all three installed in less than an hour, very easy to install. The DC motor on these fans are so quiet, you cant hear these fans while running. Extremely quiet. From ceiling to bottom of light is only 10". And the LED light is great. You can select from 3 colors, and it goes from dim to very bright. Remote is simple to use. I did not use the app (saw no need for this). For the price you cant beat this fan/light. And the customer support is superb. I would highly recommend this fan/light. You wont regret it. In the pictures it shows I put trim rings on them..those do not come with the fan (I got those at Home Depot).

I installed this fan to replace a light fixture in my wife’s home office. The installation took me a couple of hours because I wanted to make sure the existing junction box could safely support the fan. Once everything was installed, I noticed that the LED lights weren’t turning on, even though the fan itself was receiving power and working perfectly. I reached out to customer support, and I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and how thoroughly they answered all of my questions. They sent me a replacement LED and motor, and within a week I had everything up and running without any issues. The fan itself is very quiet, well built, and cools the room very nicely. I really like that it offers different light color temperatures. I also appreciate the option to connect the fan to Wi-Fi, which is a nice feature if you want to control it through your phone. My only gripe—and it’s a small one—is that the beeps while adjusting the speed or light settings can get a little annoying. That said, it’s something I can easily live with. Overall, I’m very happy with the fan. I’m especially impressed with the customer service and how quickly they resolved the issue. It’s a great product backed by excellent support! Most importantly, the wife is happy, and her office is noticeably cooler now. That’s a win in my book!

Received a mint conditioned ceiling fan, in later part of March August 2, the fan is in the on position with no control working at all. I have disconnected power to the fan and removed the batteries from the remote three times. The fan is still in the on position, but nothing works. Tried contacting the seller, but it has been impossible through all of the Amazon redirects. A ceiling fan in mint condition should last more than six months. I doubt I’ll get any response on this. May even be blocked from posting.

The product arrived quickly. The fan is nice looking and well made . Unfortunately we couldn’t get it to work. Customer service was very good and answered all my emails promptly . They did everything they could to help me get it running. In the end they quickly credited my account. Based on their customer service, I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I got this fan to replace an older down shaft style fan that was just too noisy and old fashioned. Installation - a breeze, included manual was simple, but they over provided in terms of installation materials - mind you i was replacing an existing fan, so their kit easily installed with no need to add additional support. Light enough that I could install it alone, but definitely could have used help. Use - Smart app works great, the included remote is also very handy. Easily connected to Google Home and allows me to turn it on/off on schedules. Customer Support - I accidentally broke the acrylic light cover on install, and their customer service team responded quickly and sent me a new acrylic cover - really easy to work with. Overall - $ for $ this is a solid buy, if you need a powerful, quiet fan that looks and works great, this is a solid choice.

This is the second fan I purchased on Amazon. MOST IMPORTANTLY, when this fan is turned off and then on it maintains the state it was previously in. For example, if you're sleeping with the fan on and light off and the power goes out and comes back on, it will have the fan on and the light off. I previously purchased a Wingbo fan. If you lose power in the night, when you regain it your fan will be off and the light will be on. Apparently this is very normal for fans being sold. Some of these fans will claim they have memory, but if you read the reviews or write the vendor you'll learn differently. I wrote the seller for this fan, the seller confirmed it would behave like one would expect and they are correct. Notably, I kinda expected that this behaviour would be modifiable in the Smart App, but I was wrong. It will behave with memory 100% of the time. The fan can only be controlled by a single remote. If you want multiple points of control you must use the Smart App. Finally, I will also say that this fan was significantly less expensive than the Wingbo and seems to be built with at least the same level of quality if not a tad higher. The light diffuser attaches to this fan in a very reasonable fashion and the location of the receiver on this fan is not susceptible to banging into moving parts. The Wingbo was a mess on both counts.

Have to say I’m always sceptical about power etc BUT wow this baby put some air out! So easy to install, I had the old one down and this fitted while my wife took the dogs for a walk, so easy and I did it in my own, instructions are basic but tbh you don’t need em so straight forward just remember White is N Black is L. Will buy another when I have the cash, one for each bedroom. Worth the extra £ for sure, I tried 2 others before this one, so powerful, so quiet, so elegant. A* from Bear
