Do I need to cure the cast-iron griddle ?

We suggest caring for it like any other cast iron product.

How does this hang/store in the grill stand when not in use, as listed in the features on the back of the box?

If not in use you can remove it. Typically its left inside and the other side is used to grill on. -Josh K

What type of propane tank does it use ? Small green ones you can pick up @ Walmart
