Good purchase. Donโt waste money on the others.
Been using it for about 2 months now and it has helped to loosen up my back. I sit at a desk all day and this is a great tool to help relieve some pain and stretch. Good product, I would not recommend purchasing the far more expensive alternative.

Love these they are amazing
I love these!! The big one for stretching. The middle for digging into those sore muscles in my back and cracking everything, the small one for working on my tight muscles or neck. I havenโt seen a Chiro in awhile now because each day I use these for stretching out. I had a kink in my neck and used the small one to stretch and roll it out. Feels fine now.
