Works Great
I bought this for church and it works amazing. Hot water gets very hot and cold iis the same Easy to use and doesn't take up alot of room.

Inferior product
We had a 25+ years old GE water cooler/mini fridge combo that all worked well but it was so yellowed from age we decided to get a countertop one. We thought it was made cheaply when unpacking. It has no weight we rinsed 5 gal of distilled water through all three spickets. The water still had a plastic taste and after sitting overnight that taste was overbearing. The cold isn’t half as cold as the previous unit and we returned it, barely colder than room temp. This is junk. Too bad I can’t get the $10 back it cost me in bottled water, the rinse 5 gal and the tainted 5 gal I have to throw away. I do not think any of this is metal, all cheap plastic.

Love it! Instant hot water and cold water. Nicely fits on the countertop. Looks nice!

Read instructions before plugging in
Works great, and much faster water flow than my previous water dispenser! Just make sure the power switches are off before plugging it in. When I first plugged mine in, they were on and it started to heat the hot water dispenser with nothing inside (oops).

Piece of junk
If you’re looking for a water cooler that you only need for 45 days than this is the water cooler for you. Seller is worthless!! Contacted support who requested a video and their response is “take the back off and fix it myself!” NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!!!!! Horrible It leaks water everywhere and then they wouldn’t give me a refund for this piece of crap
