Very impressed with this knee support. I've tried many others but this is the only one that has fit properly. It offers excellent support without feeling overly restrictive, I tend to wear it whenever possible, be it at work or when I go for a walk. The padding and breathable material keep it comfortable for long periods, the straps (or at least one of them) does tend to bunch up occasionally though. As someone with a larger leg size, the fit is very generous but still secure. It provides stability when moving, while still allowing good flexibility. Overall, a well‑designed, comfortable, and supportive brace that’s perfect for anyone needing reliable knee protection, especially those with a bigger build.

Recently my left knee's gone a knacker, so I sought out a suitable brace. With it's high number of positive reviews, I decided to try this one from Karm. My concern though, was that my leg is too big as my measurements were larger than the specs shown. I contacted Ashley (customer support) who replied almost instantly to reassure me that the brace would fit. And fit it does! The knee brace seems very well made and is very comfortable to wear. I found it easy to put on and adjust with the elasticated velcroed straps. It doesn't slide down either and stays nicely in place. My knee feels well supported and more stable. More importantly tho, the pain has lessened, which is great because I was starting to rattle with all the pills I was taking. This knee brace, for me, is worth every penny and then some! I've had this knee brace for barely 24 hours, however I am pleased with it so far. My left knee has been very painful for a while and walking is becoming more and more difficult. I twisted my knee a couple of days ago which made the whole situation much worse. The brace makes my knee joint feel supported and 'held together' so I am more confident when walking and going up and down stairs. Still painful but I think the pain has lessened since I started wearing the brace. It is comfortable, firm, well-made and stays in place, it doesn't slip down or sideways when walking. The straps are adjustable as well. Overall, at this moment I would recommend it to anyone with similar problems to mine.

Been using this for a couple of days now and it fits really well. The support is good from this product. It is easy to wear and not bulky. The product is well made. I Would recommend Karm knee support.

Seemed ok but could not keep on knee kept falling down leg

After my knee was sore to walk on I got this on next day delivery . It arrived promptly and was easy to fit on my flat knees . The support was adjustable and easy to fit. No pain on walking upstairs and felt very well supported. Next day it supported my knee enough not to need painkillers and I was comfortable all day. Knee felt well enough two days later not to wear but will be there if I need in future. The brace is well made substantial but I was able to wear under work combat trousers. I am very impressed and can be worn on left or right knee. I have no idea what I had done to my knee but due to my weight this brace supported it's repair. I'm sure without it my knee would still be sore. It may not be the cheapest brace but I think the quality and support and ease of use especially for those of us with larger knees and not so mobile justifys the cost. Update four months on knee feels better for support not wearing everyday straps have stretched a wee bit but all good still definitely well worth the money

Perfect support and great fit.

Had a very sore knee after a fall and last 2 weeks has been getting so so bad, so painful and I read the reviews of this and gave it a go after trying the pull on types and elastic strapping and the difference is stunning, I’m walking normally and very little pain it’s literally switched the pain off. Such a good knee support and well worth every penny.

Mal im Ernst: Wenn man nach einer Kniebandage sucht und kein schmales Püppchen ist, findet man ... fast nichts. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und dankbar, dass es die Karm Kniebandage auch in richtig großen Größen gibt - also auch für Menschen, die halt oft ein Knieproblem haben. Die Bandage sitzt bei mir richtig gut und lässt sich dank der langen Bänder problemlos einstellen. Sie rutscht nicht und schneidet auch beim Laufen nicht ein. Wenn ich länger sitze, empfinde ich die Binde manchmal als unangenehm, aber man kann sie ja schnell lockern oder komplett ausziehen und bei Bedarf wieder befestigen. Man kann die Bandage rechts wie links einsetzen, was mir sehr zugute kommt. Die Bandage stützt das Knie zufriedenstellend. Natürlich kann sie nicht mit einer speziell angefertigten Orthese mithalten, allerdings passt sie sich Gewichtsschwankungen besser an. Ich trage die Bandage über einer engen Jeans, weil ich die Gummistreifen, die das Rutschen verhindern, auf der Haut nicht vertrage. Im Sommer werde ich einen dünnen Baumwoll-"Strumpf" nutzen, um die Haut zu schützen. Den in einigen Rezis angemerkten "Gestank" konnte ich überhautpt nicht festellen. Mein Fazit: Ich bin echt happy, dass ich diese Bandage gefunden habe. Sie ist eine schnelle Hilfe, wenn ich mir mein Knie mal wieder vredreht habe und stützt zufriedenstellend, bis es wieder ok ist. Ich bin mit der Bandage zufrieden. Deshalb gebe ich 5 von 5 Sternen und würde am liebsten noch ein paar Extra-Herzen verteilen, weil mal endlich eine Firma nicht nur an die jungen, hippen, schlanken Typen gedacht hat, sondern auch an Leute wie mich: Ziemlich füllig, aber trotzdem aktiv.

Hecha de buen material y diseño anatómico. Cómoda en su uso incluso al dormir. Buen adhesivo y no se deforma con el uso. La use para un Esguince de Rodilla.
