This monitor works well and very good and clear screen. It makes office work much easier with less eye strain. FedEx lost track of the shipment. I want to thank A-Zessential for their follow-up and information on this package shipment. They followed up, worked to get information from FedEx and kept me informed.

I don't play too many games on the PC this is on. But it's not the fastest refresh, so I probably would not buy one for that. That being said, I'm not putting this down at all! It's an awesome monitor. I HAD a great gaming monitor with a curved screen this replaced. I don't need 240 Hz refresh rate or whatever. I play drums, and this is the monitor I use to play along to sheet music on the screen mostly. But my eyes weren't what they were. I run it at half the resolution it is capable of, because I want everything LARGE. I need to see the music notes clearly. I also need nice big clear text. The visual difference when I got this monitor after using the last one for 2+ years for this, was astonishing. Everything was clearer and sharper. Text is crisp. Video play back is awesome. This isn't the best of the best in monitors, but in this price range, this size, well I'm glad I picked this one. Sturdy as hell. You can see and feel the build quality. Colors are vibrant but not (to me) inaccurate. And I'm sure it works great for gaming! But not what I would pick for gaming, as I would want a faster screen refresh rate. For my use the refresh rate is way more than I need.

Was packaged very well great monitor for the price and sharp picture

I like the fact this is a 4k monitor, and it is pretty big for my desk. It has a lot of screen real state for me to display windows open side by side. I also like the fact that this monitor has VESA mount, so when used with a monitor arm, it not only saves some extra space from my desk but also raises the monitor be aligned with my line of sight. It has 3 ports, 2 HDMI and 1 DP, should be plenty for regular uses. The color gamut is not that great, but it is not bad either. Since I use it mostly for coding and reading, not photo or video editing, it is good enough. For people who want to do professional design or media editing, this is probably not the right choice. The auto-detection of video input source simply DOESN'T WORK. I have to struggle with the tiny joystick button at the back to set it to the correct input source. It is also annoying that it won't display anything from the MBP when it boots up unless I open the laptop to display something the built-in screen at the same time first. Not sure if it is a driver issue or what. Also the built-in menu of the monitor doesn't display unless the monitor has valid signal from an input source. Overall, the usability is subpar.

I bought this to replace my current 32" Samsung monitor with a UHD monitor. The first problem occurred after swapping out the monitors using my existing DisplayPort cable. The computer wouldn't boot. It beeped 5 times which is its way of saying "I don't have a graphics card". The monitor had actually managed to hang the Nvidia card. I switched over to the included HDMI cable and after leaving the computer unplugged for a while it booted. I streamed some HD content and the first thing I noted was noise in my speakers that wasn't there before the swap. Digital noise was somehow making it through my USB DAC and into my reference monitor speakers. Then the flickering started - not the whole screen, just a part of it. Not really flickering, there was a large geometric pattern appearing that caused the underlying colors to wash out. Then it started randomly going into power save mode (or just turning off) for intervals from a few seconds to a few minutes, and this was while it was playing streaming video. The audio continued so the computer was still running, I guess the monitor had just decided to take a break. I put the old monitor back in place on DisplayPort and the noise is gone and so is the blanking. Back into its box and back to Amazon this hot mess goes. EDIT: As I was repacking it for return, I realized that there was no protective film anywhere on the monitor. Also after writing this review, I checked the manual and the monitor had arrived with the OSD in lock mode and I was unable to get it out of that mode. Add to that the extra layer of tape on the box and I begin to wonder if what I got was a "refurbishment" of someone else's problem.

Bought this for home office with the main driver being color and resolution. Does not disappoint. Like it so much I recommend to two coworkers, my sister and now my company just got me one for my desk in the office. Mac compatible, works great with all of my Adobe products, including Premier, and After Effects which require a lot of different menus that can fill on the screen and not overtake the composition. I do not have the monitor mounted on a rig at home, but I do have it on a platform stand since I have a standing desk. But I’m probably going to have it mounted in the office.

I'm running this monitor at 4K with a brand new Mac Studio with 2 other displays running at 2560x1440 and 60Hz. I'm using this monitor as my primary display using the Premium High Speed HDMI cable it shipped with. I found that the HDMI-1 input only supports 60Hz at 720. Otherwise, I was stuck at 30Hz. When I switched to the HDMI-2 input, I was able to set it to 4K at 60Hz. So, apparently the HDMI-1 input only supports HDMI 1.2. I did not see any documentation making note of this. Othe rwise, I am happy with this monitor, looks great, at a reasonable price-point.

Llevo mas de dos meses con este monitor, lo compré para mejorar el 1080p que tenía de la misma marca Samsung, ya que el menú es el mismo y el joystick para navegarlo también, teniendo tan buena experiencia con ese me animé con este monitor 4k, es obvio que la mejora en la imagen se iba a notar, esta increíble jugar así, tengo una tarjeta gtx1060 y los juegos los pongo en 2k para ir a no menos de 45fbs con todo en alta, me encantan los colores y el brillo, las peliculas en 4k se ven muy bien y para multitasking en el trabajo no hay nada mejor, estuve mucho tiempo pensando entre comprar este o un ultrawide de 34" pero además de que esos son mas caros tienen menos pixeles que los 4k, cabe mencionar que 32" es la resolución perfecta para monitores 4k porque es la mejor forma de aprovechar el espacio de monitor sin notar los pixeles. Como dato extra debo resaltar que aunque el instructivo lo indica en una parte algo dificil de ver, la lógica me dicctó que conectara el hdmi, que viene incluido, en el puerto 1, estuve un par de días usandolo así y notaba que aunque el monitor me decia que iba a 60fps yo no veía tal fluidez y me di cuenta que era porque ese puerto iba maximo a 30hrz, debe de conectarse al puerto 2 para ir a 60hrz en 4k. Hubiera sido perfecto que incluyeran un cable displayport, voy a tener que comprarlo si quiero usar la función de AMD freesync con mi tarjeta nvidia. otra cosa es que el unico defecto que encontré es que el conector de alimentación queda muy flojo en el puerto del monitor, no he tenido problemas de que se desconecte como tal porque no toco los cables de atras pero si se atropella por alguna razón se safa muy facilmente.

Screen is broken

Absolutely worthless. Feel and construction cheap cheap cheap. Sound quality was horrible with my ASUS ROG. They could not get along at all. Expected much much more from Samsung. What a letdown. Will try to return
