I have my cosmetology license and got a professional waxing heater about six years ago from Cosmoprof and it worked perfect. Now that I moved states I left behind that waxing heater and I purchased this one online. I’ve used it about three times and I can say it works exactly the same and if anything, the detachable inside is even better than the last one that I had, I don’t see a point in paying loads of money for a pot that literally just melts wax. If for some reason this breaks down within the next year, I will come back and update my review but so far perfectly fine great price good features.

I would be extremely careful with this heat setting . Lowest at 120 is still way to hot for certain waxes you may need . Like soup . I’d use caution.

This wax is great! It heats up the wax well and but doesn't get too hot where u burn yourself. This is my first time using any type of wax machine and it was easy to use. If u just need a solid, simple wax machine, this is a great buy !

I would give it a 4 for being respectful on property and delivering on time but this one came with a group of other items and the item was fine wrapped in bubble wrapper.
