To start with, the wiring diagram included is not for this switch at all. It appears to be for a different model, which made installation extremely confusing and time-consuming. I spent a long time trying to troubleshoot before realizing the diagram itself was wrong and simply does not work for this product. After finally getting it wired correctly, it only stayed connected for one day. After that, it completely stopped connecting to my phone and became unusable. I initially ignored the negative reviews, thinking they were exaggerated. I was wrong. This product is genuinely that bad. This was not only a complete waste of money, but also a huge waste of time and energy. After all the effort, I now have to remove it and buy a different switch and redo the installation all over again. If there were an option to give less than one star, I would.

It doesn’t work after a 2 weeks. Touchscreen stoped working after 2 weeks, and It doesn’t want to connect on network for controls anymore, it stayed ON all time. Waiting for electrician to remove it.

It’s not working

Wiring diagram does not match switch labels, switch labels are L, N, Lin and Lout. Where wiring diagram had Lin, Nin, Lout, Nout. Wiring diagram included is for another switch. I would not recommend this switch if you are DIY. You need to hire a very experienced electrician to figure out how to connect.
