Mitch Hedberg said “it doesn’t take a degree to figure out that walking on a cushion will be more comfortable!!” This is my third set of these inserts/cushions. I have spent a TON of time putting pressure on these puppies- moving, running around, gravel terrain, desert heat- and plantar fasciitis. These provide so so much relief from aches. I do also have “flat feet” ie low arches and those provide comfortable excellent support. And I LOOK FORWARD to putting my boots on. Like comfortably landing my feet onto a soft cloud; like slipping into a gentle foot massage and I couldn’t ask for better. I’ve tried so many shoe inserts and I’ll keep coming back to these- they just do a great job. The price is ALSO a great deal- originally I got them for that reason- for inexpensive shoes I didn’t plan on using much- they were however so comfortable I put them in my expensive English docs and holy cannoli did that do wonders! Great price, outstanding comfort and support. Just a tip- when sizing, cut the toe arch with just a *bit* of extra toward the toe, and trim that down gradually. I did find the guide on the insert to be a little shy of my actual footwear but it may be the result of the shoes themselves. YMMV. Great buy! Five stars!!

I am a 74 year old lifelong shoe lover. Also, a daily 3 to 5 mile walker, with very bad feet. I was hit by a truck and my foot was run-over 2 years ago, resulting in a twisted knee, fractured ankle and crushed foot. Also, tore meniscus and both feet have stubborn, returning callouses on bottom outside. My daily walks became increasingly difficult, often impossible due to lingering knee, ankle and foot pain. Until I discovered these!! A year ago got first pair, voila, instant relief. Support my ankle, relieve pressure on calloused area, cushion for knee pain relief! I wear size 9.5, have moderately wide foot and these fit my shoes perfectly. Only rarely have they made a shoe feel tight enough that it was necessary to remove the original insert before adding these. They do a great job of rejuvenating an older shoe and tightening fit on a slightly looser shoe. Since first purchase, I now have these in every pair of my athletic shoes...my Skechers go walks (4), Saucony (2), Allbirds (5) and Brooks (8), as well as a few random other brands. Because of my feet issues, I buy really good walking shoes, made even better for me, with these inserts. My first pair are still going strong a year later. But keep in mind, I have many pairs of athletic shoes so I wear different ones daily (can easily go 3 weeks or more without repeat wearing a pair). I also put them inside my ankle boots, espadrilles and flats for extra support and comfort. In my case, these inserts have been a true game changer! Keeping this old gal walking miles daily, hanging out at music festivals, sightseeing, endless walking on shopping trips with my granddaughters, chasing after my great grand at the park, and yes, out to dinner and dancing! All comfy and pain free, in fact, never thinking about my feet at all! I will never again be without them. Give them a try. You're here because of your foot issues. At this price, you have nothing to lose and probable relief to gain! Ps. I buy expensive, prestige athletic shoes, so initially tried the more expensive, prestige inserts. I either found them uncomfortable or having no appreciable difference in comfort and support. So, why not buy these and save money for another pair of shoes!😃

I've found these to be nice insoles, when used in the right shoe. I bought one pair about a year ago, and came back twice to buy more for other shoes. I live on my feet, doing long hours on hard floors in dress/office casual shoes. Like others have mentioned, these are pretty thick, so they're not for slender stiletto heels, shoes that fit snug already, or that have super pointy toes. They do work great for me in low heels without pointy toes, flats, wedges, and several pairs of my boots. I had a couple pairs of shoes put away as unwearable, because they were just too hard on the heel and ball of my foot. I pulled them back out just to see... With these, they're not only wearable but actually comfortable. So I picked up a few more pairs to revive other shoes I'd written off. I also tend to be in between sizes in lots of shoe brands, and these are really good at making shoes fit that are just a little roomy but would be too tight in the next size down. There are brands I couldn't wear at all before, and these make then work for me. I have never removed the original insole before installing these. I use these in dress and casual shoes, where the footbed is usually thin and glued down. I just slip these in right on top and they stay in place. If they do make your shoes feel a little too snug because of the thickness, you may find that taking out the original footbed solves the problem. Hope this helps, since we each only get one pair of feet. 😉

These Insoles made a Huge difference in the wear ability of my barefoot shoes! This insole provides the perfect amount of cushion, without compromising the flexibility of grounded footwear! I highly recommend and will be Re-ordering this insole for some of My other footwear, too!

I didnt find these to be a stress relif insole. I am a size 10/11 in shoes just depends on the brand and style. I put these in a size 10 shoes and they were to small for them. Unfortunately im gonna still use them beings i paid for them but just know these dont fit size 10/11 womens shoes.

For the most part these inserts have been great. I’m on my feet all day at work. I’ve noticed these work better than the inserts I had been using. They seam to be wearing well and give me the support I need. I have been relatively free from heel pain with these inserts.

Me gustó mucho como quedó la plantilla. Un poco complicado de cortar pero en resultado es increíble. Buen soporte para el talón, que era lo que yo buscaba.

2nd pair of these I've bought. They're perfectly soft and supportive without too much pressure on my non-existent arches (flat feet). Great for long days standing or walking. Especially if you're a larger person. These are even better if you are able to remove the factory insole from the shoe first. Fits perfectly snug into my size 9 skate shoes or open slip-ons (not flats or slides) First pair is still going strong after a couple years (Moved to my yardwork shoes) and will likely purchase again when they wear out and this set replaces them.

Just ordered my second pair. Can cut to size. Was recommended for plantar fasciitis. So comfortable I put into sneakers and my boots.

They barely fit in the depth inside my runner. Thank Goodness my runners fit big.
