Perfekte "chewy" Konsistenz – ideal für Tteokbokki!

Ich liebe koreanisches Streetfood und diese Reiskuchen-Stangen von Matamun sind einfach genial. Sie haben nach dem Kochen genau diese typisch elastische, weiche und herrlich "chewy" Textur, die man sich wünscht. Die Sticks sind geschmacksneutral und nehmen Soßen (ich nutze am liebsten scharfe Gochujang-Sauce oder Buldak Carbonara) perfekt auf. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Aufteilung in drei separate 200g-Portionen in der Packung. Kaufe ich definitiv wieder!
