The was so nice and easy to put the handle and wheels on and then the wife seeing it said I want it for my own and she is hard to please.

Ok, but a little flimsy
This is a case of getting what you pay for, so I went with three stars. I needed something like this for light duty, and it works for that. Unless you want to put tools for jewelry, gnusmithing, knitting, sewing, and other lightweight jobs, you probably want to get something better. The biggest issue is their packing. It was poor so this item came dented. For what I using it for, the rather large, but cosmetic dent doesn't me that much to me.

Not a full sized tool chest
Thus tool box is ok for my purpose, but for those looking for a full sized tool box like a Craftsman. This isn’t it. It seems to be decently made for the money, though.

I know it's cheap as heck cause I bought it. If you buy it you'll know too.
It's not even half decent build quality. Super thin housing. NOT FOR HEAVY TOOLS! Barely safe for a drawer full of wrenches. I had to add two plates to the casters on the front because the drawer slides don't shut snug. Drawers are very loose, and on a slightly uneven surface facing forward all the drawers will open on they're OWN!!!! I ended up loading this with light duty things and went to Harbor Freight for a decent inexpensive box.
