Poor product and D*mb customer support
I purchased this hand massager with the expectation that it would last long, especially given the brandโs claim of a 15-year warranty. However, the product stopped working within just 6 months, which was very disappointing. What made the experience worse was the extremely poor customer support. When I reached out for help, I was told to communicate only via WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, they kept sending the same automated responses without actually addressing my issue. I clearly informed them that the device is emitting smoke when turned on, which is a serious safety concern, but they completely ignored this and kept asking for the same basic video repeatedly. It felt like they were not even reading my messages. When I tried calling again, the executive insisted I go back to WhatsApp and even ended the call while I was still explaining the problem. Overall, the product failed within months and the after-sales service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive of serious issues. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying this product.

The Handy Massager is a useful and effective product with two vibration modesโmedium (preferred) and high (too intense). It offers good performance and value, though it is slightly heavy and has a design with pointed corners that can be uncomfortable during use. The product appears to be made or assembled in India, possibly supporting women's empowerment. Overall, it's a satisfactory and recommendable massager.

Do not buy, 3rd grade product.
3rd grade product, blown off within 13 months. From day 1 excessive heating issue. Was not able to use for more than 3 to 4 minutes.
