Good product initially. But after using for 6 months now facing issue with zoom calls. The mute button is not working as expected. Also for the zoom calls sometimes the product is working only as speaker and not as mic

The speaker phone sound quality is very poor. I have specially purchased this for the online classes of my children but I do not recommend anyone to buy the same. Also, it is not compatable with tablets and only works on computer or in a laptop. The connections to other devices is also very confusing. I could only connect this of one device using the cable. Waste of money. The only good thing that Amazon provides replacement otherwise it is a total waste of money.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Konferenzlautsprecher. Klar ist er nicht für grosse Sitzungen gedacht aber für so Gruppen bis 8 Leute perfekt und auch zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Der Lautsprecher ist lautgenug und die Qualität des Mikrofons ist auch gut. Die Stimme klingt zwar ganz leicht blechern auf der anderen Seite was aber nicht störend wirkt auch beinlängerem zuhören. Aber da hab ich schon weit schlechtere Mikrofone erlebt auch in den höheren Preisklassen.

I work from home and my job involves calling people all over North America and discussing technical matters where it is critical to have good audio quality. we often have to exchange coded information and it can necessitate using NATO phonetic alphabet. The people I speak with are using office phones, personal cell phones, earbuds, portable phones, remote locations etc. There is a large spectrum of audio quality from their end. I needed something that would not degrade it any further as it already often difficult. I also needed to be confident if there was a call quality issue that it was not the equipment on my end. I have used this problem for months and in the minority of cases where communication was garbled it was not my side that was the problem. This device has good audio quality, consistently and reliability. I never had any technical issues with it connecting or powering on. It was also easy to set up and switch to, basically plug and play (Windows 11). For me long term wearing of headphones was causing problems with my ears, this was a great quality of life upgrade. I did not use it in a noisy environment so I don't know how well it works there but for the home office or conference room it will be fantastic!
