Superior freshness
Great product with amazing versatility in recipes. Healthy fat, no added sugar, fresh coconut flavor. Sprinkle on yogurt, ice cream, fresh fruit and berries, etc.

Use this for a Keto coconut frosting!
This is the bomb for Keto German chocolate cake frosting. Use it with Allulose and it caramelizes and tastes like sweetened coconut used for the same purpose. Great and fresh. Highly recommend.

Messy and shorter than rice grains but delicious
Not what I pictured when I saw shredded. I pictured shreds with the length of shredded cheese. Not the case!!! My fault for not properly understanding the images. These are very small “shreds” maybe two thirds the length of rice grains with many tiny crumbs/shavings. This made for a very very very messy application to a coconut/vanilla frosted pineapple/coconut cake. Lol They taste delicious, just like coconut. Some people here may get it mixed up with coconut with sugar. This has no added sugar. Tastes just like coconut. It is fresh and there is A LOT for your money. I used maybe 1/4 or less of this bag to cover an entire 9 inch two level cake. Took a star away because these were not the size I pictured for shreds. Too messy to add on a cake. If you wanted to roll something in it, it’d be fine.
