Nice runner a little thinner than expected but works well. Stays in place although it isn't completely flat yet. Using in hallway to prevent from having to wash rug often.

I know that my carpets are protected.Now in the high traffic areas. Does have some customization? Where you can cut around the door casings.

I got this to stop my cat from scratching the heck out of the carpet as she was trying to get in my room at night. The grips on the floor side of this mat are super strong. Has not moved at all in the highest traffic area I put this. I was able to cute it down, which was nice. That allowed me to put it in more than one doorway. Worth every penny if you need a mat that will stick to carpet and not move on you at all.

Very durable and high quality. Using this on wool berber to protect the carpet around a hospital bed and tray table. It shifts a little under a walker or wheelchair, but can be lifted and reset in position when necessary.. Trimmable with a good scissors around furniture legs, if necessary. Easy to wipe off. I'm using a 4x6 and 2x6 overlapped at the long side to cover the area. This was the only protector I could find suitable to use on wool carpeting. Hoping it works to preserve my beautiful carpet and so far is doing the trick. I've had it in place about a month.

I picked this up to cover up a few stairs that my cat likes to pee on. It works perfectly. It’s good quality and seems super durable. It’s thick, but not too thick to where you can’t bend it to how you need it. It also does not wrinkle, and lays flat and the clear color also makes it look almost invisible. Super easy to install as well

The product has a very good thickness and weight to it for high traffic areas. It's easy to clean and doesn't seem to get scuff marks. No discoloration so far, but it is early days yet. The spikes/teeth (?) on it definitely hurt to step on or when you grab it. They seem strong. Sadly it doesn't seem like the mat can really dig into plush carpets. Over time I would notice it had shifted from where I placed it. At first I had it on stairs. Eventually I moved it to just after the stairs, but even on a flat surface they still shifted. So I finally just added carpet nails to the top of it. Four of them did the job (two at each top corner) and the mat doesn't shift al all. I will probably buy it again and nail it down to my entry stairs. The length, width, and thickness really is just what I need for my entry area, to deal with wet or muddy shows and the like. I don't mind having to "staple" it in place, but some of you might.

I got the 25’ roll and i cut it into 10.5” strips. It covered was enough to cover 28 steps. The thickness is good and the spikes are good hold on the carpet. Overall great price for the product.

HORRIBLE, reviews are real. I knew better reading the reviews told all. I’m constantly pulling and tugging to put back in its place. I’m about to pull and trash

It slides around, it doesn't stay put. It will bunch up and turn the spikes on the underside up and if you step on it it is like some horrible torture from the Middle ages.

We had to put one end under the filing cabinet, and the other end was taped to the tile at the entrance door to the office for this to work properly.If we did not do this, this floor runner would not be fit for purpose. The spikes were no where big enough to dig into the carpet to stop it from slipping. I would not recommend this product as it doesn't work on deep pile carpets.
