Great product! I get all the essentials my body and brain function needs from a daily dose. Simply and effective… I do recommend this product.

I unfortunately have to report that taking your daily vitamins, getting sunlight and water, and getting your steps in actually work. I recently hit my mid-30’s and have been feeling sluggish for a couple months now, repeatedly sick again and again, really just hit a slump, but these really work. I don’t feel a boost per se, it feels like I’m finally regulating and balanced, like I’m no longer punching below my weight class. Immune system has gotten better, sleep has gotten better, recovery next day better, all things I used to take for granted when I was younger. One A Day® Natural Fruit Bites do not contain gelatin. All One A Day® (OAD) tablet and VitaCraves® products contain gelatin, it is sourced from beef or pork or a combination of both. Gelatin can function as an incidental ingredient in tablet products and can therefore be exempt from labeling based on FDA regulations. As there is increased consumer interest in gelatin, Bayer has recently revised internal labeling practices to list gelatin in the ingredient statement, regardless if it is exempt from labeling. Ingredient statements for OAD tablet products that currently do not list gelatin will be updated to include it with future labeling updates.
