Disappointing Experience with Fitpick Jawliner - Poor Quality & Unresponsive Customer Service 😔
I bought the Fitpick Jawliner in 15 August 2025, and it got badly damaged within just a few days of use. The product came with a 1-year warranty, but Fitpick's customer service is completely unresponsive. I've tried calling their helpline and WhatsApp multiple times over months, but my messages are left on seen with no response and no email reply.Given their lack of support, I'd advise against purchasing Fitpick products despite the warranty promise.
