Pros:Product is excellent and if you are searching for a heavy duty amp for live events then go for it because it has so many options like it connects 4 channel or 4 speaker at a time and gives 500w in 4 Ohms and 350w in 8 Ohms .and It has clip and protection features and also have powerful output for which range peak output goes far and gives quality sound.Also didn't give feedback if you set-up professionally or have better sound knowledgefor set-up.Cons :1.Amp have Fan noise which irritates in some situations2.And don't have mono jack connection in input or output which gives problem while connecting3. Last and important message is I received damaged and Missing parts product and also raised the complaint in customer service but this is first time I got disappointed by Amazon service, they rejected and denied for replacement or didn't help by any other solution. However I reached again to Amazon service after someday and finally they solved my problem for which I'm happy for it. Thank you.

Transportation was not good. Rear side grill dented, Left side two cooling fans were completely broken. Fan replaced. . Working fine, don't want to return.

The D-20A amplifier I will share my feedback:1) The performance is good as it gives 500W @ 4Ohms as shown2) It is sleek and good built Quality3) I have been using it for a while, no heating issues as wel4) I got technical assistance from the company and 1 Year warranty which makes it more amazing.Overall a very good product, you can definitely go for it
