Worst warranty ever
The gokart is super fun and exciting! But my gokart started smoking while plugged in after 1 month of use and died. Contacted customer service, it took almost a month of waiting for repair, and once I got it back, the gokart was in a worst condition than I sent it. It was scratched up, missing pieces and had the wrong cable installed. Would not charge and extend or shorten. Contacted service again and they told me I have to wait for parts for an unknown amount of time. After they stopped responding. Worst decision of my life buying this garbage product. I have not used my gokart for 2 months now.

Too fun
Im 45 years old and 5’7. This thing is the most fun Ive had in a while. With it sitting so low, 27 mph seems like 45. It whips the turns and has high torque. I love it. Im about to buy a 2nd one.

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE JUNK, On second one in 3 months
On our second one as the first one failed in a week, then the second one failed after 2 weeks of use. Going back and forth with the morons who work for Segway who keep sending parts that do nothing to address the defective cart section. This product is extremely poorly made and the quality control is so bad you can count on near immediate failure. The customer service from Segway is frustrating and near useless, they do not stand by their product as they should. My son was given this for his birthday and has ridden it only a few times before ot failed from a factory defect, it’s the second one that’s has failed, they absolutely suck. Do not waste your money on this. I have little faith Segway makes this right.
