I've had this vacuum mop for a couple of weeks and love it. For transparency, I did not receive this as a free product to give a review, I paid for it. I run this 2-3 times daily to keep my floors clean.Pros - it can handle multi-level mapping, the battery lasts a long time, it vacuums and mops at the same time, it doesn't rub around dirty water, applies clean water as it goes, is relatively quiet as it cleans, hasn't had any problems with items getting jammed in the brushCons - loud when emptying the vacuum and dirty water, have to use the manufacturer's cleaning solution, the mop gets caught on flat rugs, it doesn't mop the cornersIn total, I adore this mop. It saves me loads of time and keeps my floors clean, it was expensive but worth it. I hope it lasts (I'll update if it fails).

This machine is amazing. Navigation worked great. I have 2 dogs over 70 lbs with long hair and 2 children that ride atv’s and track dirt and mud into the house constantly. I have done a ton of research and landed on choosing this product and I couldn’t be happier. My floors look great, it did not get caught up on anything, like my other robots have. When it’s done cleaning it returns to the dock. The robot itself…..CLEANS ITSELF. I can’t emphasize this enough. I have minor qualms, but over all I would buy it all over again. I wish I would have bought the Omni for the ozone disinfectant qualities, but I could justify spending another $700-$800 for that. I bought extra brush rolls so o can switch them once a week and run them through a disinfectant process, and that will work. I have hard floors in my house, no carpet where I use this machine.

S1 Comparing to the bigger brother S1 pro, it is missing ozone generator, missing some sensors, and lack the ability to connect to the auto water refill kit. The mopping and vacuuming are similar. Both of them are equal value and sufficient to keep the home clean. The roller mop actually picks up the dirt rather than spreading it around, that is the distinguishing feature comparing to other products.

Four months after buying, it has started making a VERY loud noise! Going to try to reach out for assistance and see how that goes.

The media could not be loaded. My perception of robot vacuums was not the best, since the last one was a roomba from 6ish years ago, that thing got caught on everything and I had to empty it several times a cleaning. Recently I started getting overwhelmed trying to keep up with my cleaning, as I've got 2 dogs, a cat that tracks litter, and 3 cockatiels (which are very dusty birds, if you don't know). Initially, this bot was having some sort of issue with the water tank. I had it filled to the line but it just kept saying "insufficient water, please add water" and made a horrible squeeling sound when it was trying to wash the mop. After a quick Google search and trying a bunch of different troubleshooting on my own, I found someone said it worked after they gave a could of *firm* pats on the top. I tried this, made sure the soap bottle was securely in place, and she started right up!I've now done 3 cleanings with this bot, and I am VERY satisfied and amazed lol. It did get caught on a charger on carpet, but no big deal ill just make sure there aren't obstacles on the floor like that. It does a very good job of avoiding obstacles so far, and it fills me with joy seeing how clean my floors are now without me having to spend extra time!I was also very stoked that this bot is MUCH quieter than my old one!! The old one was hard to watch TV while it's going, and spooked my pets when it started up, this one is whispering in comparison. It is loud for a few seconds while it's emptying the dust bin, but even then it's not a jarring sound in my opinion.The bot itself and the home station seem to attract dust, or maybe that was just a result of my animal ridden house 😅 but I had to wipe it down the first day. This doesn't bother me, but seemed like something worth mentioning.I have high hopes for this bad boy, hoping it keeps up this performance!

Saves me a lot of time vacuuming and mopping

First and foremost, this is a non-sponsored review. I bought this with my own money because I genuinely like these vacuums.Having owned two other robot vacs, I bought this as an upgrade to my roborock Qrevo s that I used downstairs. I figured everything would be an upgrade...which wasn't the case.The good:- Mopping is absolutely incredible. I could eat off my floors.The ok, but not good:- Sweeping is good on hard floors, terrible on carpets, and it does an awful job getting into cornersThe not good:-The navigation and obstacle avoidance are sub part. It often stops, spins and circles, and seems to forget where it's at. It bumps into shoes and eats cords. While it's better than some, it's lacking compared to others in its price range.Value is poor and I'd recommend another combo vac (dreame or roborock) over this one.
