I left writing this review for quite a while because I wasn't sure if this product was making my skin break it with acne. I've tested it for a couple of months and there is correlation... I must be sensitive to one of the ingredients.Overall, this seems like a decent creatine supplement! I didn't notice any significant performance increase from this compared to other creatine brands, but I found the taste and the sweetness quite overwhelming. It is excessively sweet in my opinion!Saying that, this supplement behaves how creatine behaves for the most part, it just tastes more like a pre-workout.It mixes well and you get decent value for money.

Worst supplement I've ever tasted, creatine doesnt have to taste bad, at all.

This is a brand I have used before but I have always tried unflavoured powder. This I am afraid was not a flour that I liked. Its contents are high quality but I has to add salt to it to get rid of the flavour
