This product has certainly worked for me , fall asleep easier , stay asleep longer and wake up refreshed .I also feel more relaxed the following day and better able to cope with life’s ups and downs .I would recommend this product without reserve .

Could be placebo but im convinced these make me dream more often. Great taste and easy to eat just before bed. I am skeptical about whether they help me sleep or not, but im sure I dream more vividly on these.

Really tasty and although the texture is a little odd, they're actually quite nice.I think they'd helped my brain function but it's difficult to measure.

I struggle with remembering to take supplements all the time. Having these on my desk and because they’re a chewy sweet makes it easy to remember to take them. The ingredients contained in them are high-quality, and they are not packed with lots of vitamins and other ingredients, making them quite a pure source of magnesium. I particularly appreciate the fact that they are sugar-free as I try to follow a low-carb diet. They taste great and the texture is good and I’ve bought a big stock pile for future use.

Quite expensive, if you want to try I would strongly recommend buying these when prime deals are on. The texture is not too bad, quite a rubbery feel to them. The taste in itself it really delicious - I could eat the whole packet if I could. It says on the packet to take two a day. Unfortunately I reacted badly to taking two, so I take one a day instead. Not sure if I would continue with the gummy’s but they are worth a try.

These are perfect for my partner that cannot take tablets but needed a boost in magnesium.They treat great. He did find the texture a bit odd at first compared to other gummies, like the CBT ones, but it wasn’t a problem and he got used to it.

These knock me out in around 30 minutes. When I’m suffering from insomnia, these really do the trick. I feel like I’ve had a long deep sleep when I wake in the morning.

GET THEM NOW! I use them daily; they are so helpful when you can't do other things that help chill you out! I am so happy with them that I wanted to tell everyone about them. Every single little drop is a powerhouse of vitamins that help you feel calm and chill. I do not feel high, but I do feel peaceful. They have a good taste and flavor, and they are a good value for your money. The consistency is a little thick but also SUPER great for someone who is sensory seeking with food. It's like a gummy party in your mouth.

These gummies work. It's a nice way to deescalate at the end of the day ... and a much better option than a glass of wine.

Flavor of gummy is good and consistency is an opaque light purple, easy to chew. I recommend taking it a half hour or hour prior to when you want to fall asleep. I typically get into bed at 10:30pm and felt very drowsy in the morning during the week for work. Very effective with consistent sleep without waking up in middle of night.

I thought it was about time I jumped on the bandwagon for magnesium. It seems to be a cure all for a lot of ailments. I have to admit I hadn’t read that much but I love the TRIP packaging and the gummy looked good. So I was excited to try them so when I got them in, I took the recommended amount but I was like a moth to the flame. These gummies are delicious which I was not expecting. I did everything in my power to try to forget about them but when I did think about them I went back for more. I was innocent or should I really say ignorant on what the “citrate” part of the gummy is? Well, I ate them until they were finished….4days. I even went as far as walking them out to my car to keep these magical sirens away from me yet they made me fearless, confident to face the heat and uncertainty of a hot Carolina summer night. It would be later that I would learn about what citrate is. I don’t recall thinking these gummies made my stomach upset but all the trips to the bathroom seemed to making me feel “lite” lean and less bloated.I’m still giving this product a 5. Even though I didn’t read about them and I didn’t follow directions, I have to say nothing negative happened. I will be ordering them again. I experienced all the positives. I slept well, experienced a cleanse and was light on my feet. I recommend them but I recommend following directions AND even locking them up if you have to.If anyone is curious if they cramped me up….no, I never had cramping

I’m not sure about these yet. I’ve only tried it a couple times. I’m not really impressed.
