What is their maximum height?

They are pretty small and in the first year most of the growth is underground in the roots. I planted mine last year and they are about a foot but they average over a foot a year growth. Beware though as soon as they establish themselves they can get out of hand if not properly cut back and kept at height. Good quality plants and all survived. If you are looking for an instant screen then you need the larger more expensive options.

If I chop off the top at 6 feet how wide will they gtow?

It’s similar to height, you clip to suit, standard they’ll be about 1.5 metres. Thanks
