It has been wonderful. I heartedly recommended it to my plumber, and he has sold and installed dozens.

Never again
Gone through 2 of these filters since May 2025. Suppose to last 9 years. After 3-4 months my sulphur smell comes back. Not buying again and Tier 1 does not help you , they say it’s not their filter . Crap filtration system.

I Get Perfect Water…
Used in conjunction with particulate filter and water softener. This item is a chlorine and ammonia filter (chemicals used to clean the water). It only removes any residual chlorine and ammonia in the water. My water is the cleanest Ever!

Works as expected!
Replaced my old chloramine filter, which I purchased several years ago. Please note that the outer fabric cover was included with the original filter, but this new one does not come with it. The new and old models are basically the same height. The only difference is that the original one had 3/4-inch inlet and outlet pipes, while the new one has 1-inch pipes. Be prepared for that.

Vivo en florida lo compre porque supuestamente quitaba el sulfuro de hidrogeno el agua bajo un poco el olor, peeo no lo quito a un mes de instalarlo sigue igual mi pozo ya no puedo devolverlo muy costoso y no cumple función

Super value for money!
This Chloramine filter packs a punch! I just love it! So easy to install and function! Water tastes amazing and there is no more chloramine/chlorinated smell! At the price of ~450 for 8 years for the whole house, it is truly worth it! Love it!
